caffeine doesn't seem to bother me at all.. I get a LOT of adrenaline surges though and because I am low in magnesium, my body doesn't process it well at all.. so my heart races and I m short of breathe for some minutes sometimes.. stress makes it worse and it triggers anxiety attacks ;-(
Glad to know I'm not alone most peeps don't want to even talk about it thanxxx
not alone at all
Thank you!
How did you know its flip flopping? Usually a cardiologist has a hard time picking up regurge.
You can feel it even checking your pulse it's like it beats then flutters had this for years ever since I was a kid dad has it as well as uncles sugar and caffeine make it way worse but I was curious I wore a heart monitor for 3 days and wrote down every time it happened I could feel it sometimes take your breath for a second I've come to get used to it really doesn't do it for mnths then bam it will do it back to back and clear up its more of a flutter than mytriol valve I'm sure had echo cardiogram done was perfect but I know what I feel if you get me
completely understand. You know then that heavy lifting and steroids will heighten those effects. Be careful so you dont have a much bigger issue.
To be honest I thought about just running 250 mg week to see how that works out more is not always better
The only thing I'm running is test e 500 mg week first time that's it I'm 35 years old and 214 12% bf height is 5'8 I am hoping this test won't hurt me have ainand pct on hand but we shall see super clean diet no other stacks for that reason want to be around awhile not big and bad for just a few years
Definitly research all ya can. Hospital and university websites have medical info open for anyone to research and read. Cardio reports etc are easily researchable
Thank you!
