hey guys first time user just started first cycle today 250mg test e twice a week and my trainer hda me purchase arimidex its in a blue liquid form its 1mg/ml told to start tomorrow or eod 1ml all the way through my 10 week cycle just wanting some advice i thought from research to start ai two weeks after last shot...thanx

Perfect nice to hear your not 19. That being the case do as cdaddy says and go 12 weeks on the test wont really start kickin for you until week 4.

cdaddy7Im a fan of test run for 12 weeks...undertaker is correct u need to hold off until week 3 and a starting dose of .25mg e3d I appropriate unless sides appear...with that info considered I want to see ur PCT plan bc it looks like your trainer might b leading u in the wrong direction as for as dosages go
ok thanx guys here was my plan week 1-10 test e 500mg taken 250mg twice week
week 1-12 .5mg antrozole(arimidex)
week 4-12 500 iu of hcg per week same day as test e
250iu twice week
pct two weeks after last shot
week 1-4 40 mg nolva per day
week 3-4 20 mg nolva per day
Pct should look like this 15 days after last test shot. nolva and clomid at the following doses nolva 40/40/20/20 , Clomid 100,100,50,50 per day per week. It is important to use the combination of both. They work in tandem to restart LH to get your boys prducing natural test.
What is your ht, age, wt?

Aromasin 12.5mg EOD continuing the two weeks between last test shot and PCT
Week 1 PCT Aromasin 12.5mg EOD/Nolva 20 Daily/Clomid 100 Daily
Week 2 PCT Aromasin 12.5mg EOD/Nolva 20 Daily/Clomid 100 Daily
Week 3 PCT Aromasin 6.25mg EOD/Nolva 10 Daily/Clomid 50 Daily
Week 4 PCT Aromasin 6.25mg EOD/Nolva 10 Daily/Clomid 50 Daily
You may consider running 6.25mg EOD on Weeks 1-4 if you feel 12.5mg is too strong
Awesome PCT schedule, I did it for 4 weeks and got blood work on week 7 and everything was GREAT. Quick question for you, I usually stay on cycle for 6 months , how do you feel about that ? I'm 5'11" and I weigh about 218, about 11 percent bodyfat.

You need to listen to Undertaker on this. Your dose schedule is just wrong. If your Arimidex is dosed correctly you will be getting at least 4 times the normal does. Most people take Arimidex EOD @ .25mg. You really need to post you stats up and lets make sure you are not doing anything else wrong.
After careful consideration, and many hours of research I am going with this. Staright through PCT. I just hope that my body doesnt hate on it Like Cdaddy's body did.... and I need to buy up for the other. Well so be it then. Gotta do whats right for my body. If I had the cash I would have both on hand to see which one I prefer!!!
wow...amazing, probably should've researched some more. But yeah the going average around here to start adex is week 3, and as 'undertaker' already mentioned...do it like that. 1mg eod is WAY too much!!
As said below 1 mg is way too much. Dont start util beginning of week 3 It takes Test E a couple weeks to build up enough to aromatize. If you take right away you may get low estro - achy joints and just as bad for you as high estro. Take as follows .25mg E3D. if you nips get itchy or puffy go to .25 EOD if still puffy or itchy go to .5mg EOD. Get a blood test @ wk 8 to see what your estro levels look like.
