Multiple Steroids: Separate Shots or Combined?

ad

What’s up super bros?!

For those of you running multiple injectable compounds at the same time, how do you prefer doing your injections?

Do you combine multiple oils into one syringe/injection, or do you keep them separate and do multiple injections?

If you combine them:
Any issues mixing different carrier oils?
Do you draw each compound with the same needle?
Any compounds you avoid mixing together?
Do you notice more PIP or irritation when combining?

Just looking to hear how experienced users prefer to handle multiple injectables and what’s worked best for you.

I got six 10ml bottles and got some 10 ml syringes and draw a bit from each all in the same syringe then I use that to fill my smaller 2 - 2.5 ml syringes for doses on my current stack there’s bold dec tren mast test p and test c

I mix that shit and do it in one injection.
Same draw needle.
Any compound and any carrier oil.

REMEMBER TO ROLL THE SYRINGE NOT SHAKE IT!

I use 31-gauge, 5/16” insulin pins for daily morning injections — one for testosterone, one for Primo, and one for tren ace.

How’s the 31g working out, seems like it would take a shit ton of pressure to inject the oil

randomdude's picture

Probably takes forever to draw it. Fuck that.

I do 30g and just draw normally, but just pull the plunger out and use another syringe and back load it in then inject so you dont sit there for like an hour waiting.

I always blend.

I mix that shit and do it in one injection.

Same draw needle.

Any compound and any carrier oil.

If anything mixing should cut down on potential pip depending on the compound and concentration per ml.

Thats it

The only thing that drives my OCD insane is when I accidentally draw a little too much or too little, and some oil ends up traveling back through the draw needle into another vial

At that point every bottle in the house probably has a microscopic sprinkle of Tren in it somewhere

I always draw a little too much… on purpose. Lol.

When starting a new cycle or cruise I usually establish a “draw order” for no real reason. The last vial usually turns into a small blend.

I agree with @Milfpounder, brother … that’s basically how I do it too.

Most carrier oils mix perfectly fine in my experience, and sometimes combining compounds can actually reduce PIP instead of making it worse, especially if one of the oils is smoother.

For guys running multiple injectables frequently, one thing I really like is preloading a sterile 10–20–30ml vial (depending on total volume/dosages) using proper sterile technique and a filter needle/filter setup. Makes the whole process way smoother and more consistent.

Less poking, less wasted oil, easier injections, happier muscles

I'm about to do this before an upcoming trip. Will make it easier to only travel with one vial and less supplies.

Milfpounder's picture

Wait, do you mean you mix em all up in a big syringe and just change the needle each time you pin? Or draw out of the bigger syringe?

randomdude's picture

I think you misread vial as syringe.

Milfpounder's picture

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA AH FUK IM DUMB

Pandateston's picture

Na brother, not one giant syringe

What I mean is I’ll make my own sterile “blend vial” beforehand for convenience when running multiple compounds at lower volumes.

Example hypothetical setup:
600mg Test E
600mg Mast E
300mg NPP

Concentrations:
Test 400mg/ml ( once you mix it …. zero pip )
Mast 200mg/ml
NPP 100mg/ml

Pinned M/W/F would roughly come out to:
0.5ml Test
1ml Mast
1ml NPP

So around 2.5cc total per pin.

What I’ll sometimes do is preload a sterile vial with 2–3 weeks worth using proper sterile technique/filter setup. Then on pin days I just draw the final amount from that premixed vial into a fresh syringe, swap to a fresh pin needle, and inject.

Makes things simpler when you’re juggling multiple compounds and frequent injections.

Obviously if oil volume starts getting too high, then I’ll split sites/syringes instead of trying to force huge amounts into one spot.

And you know bro
this is purely hypothetical scenario and convenience-based organization, not me recommending anybody to do it without proper filters or anything …

Milfpounder's picture

Oops. Hahahahaha I was thinking syringe like @randomdude mentioned above. I'm an idiot.

In that scenario though, id always wonder if all the compounds and carrier oils would stay mixed at the right concentrations. Like say you had 100 of this and 200 of that and whatever else. Would it stay suspended together? Or would one pin you get more of less of one compound than the other? And so on and so on...

Pandateston's picture

That’s actually a fair question, Big bro, and honestly one of the reasons I only do it with oil-based compounds that are already properly suspended/stable individually.

From both the chemistry side and anecdotal experience, once those carrier oils are mixed they generally remain evenly distributed pretty well, especially since the vial gets moved/shaken naturally every time you handle it anyway.

I’ve never personally noticed inconsistency in effects, sudden concentration changes, or “this pin felt like all NPP” type stuff lol

That said, I probably wouldn’t do it with:
crashed compounds
weird high-concentration brews (400mg max imo)
water/oil mixes
questionable raws/homebrew

And I definitely wouldn’t preload like 2 months worth or anything crazy. Usually just shorter periods for convenience.

This gets very tricky especially with different oils and molecular weights. It’s almost guaranteed to produce slightly different dosages. There is a different process in making blended medications during production compared to just mixing a whole bunch of finished oils into a sterile vial.

Pandateston's picture

That’s actually a very fair point, Big brother, and scientifically speaking you’re probably right to some extent. (100% TBH)

A properly manufactured blend is definitely made under much more controlled conditions regarding:
solvents, concentrations, homogenization, raw powder suspension, carrier ratios, sterility validation and so on…

compared to simply combining already finished oils together afterward.

From my anecdotal experience though, for shorter-term convenience mixes using standard oil-based compounds, I’ve never personally noticed meaningful inconsistencies in effects or blood stability. But obviously that’s very different from saying it’s pharmaceutically perfect lol

That’s also why I only do it:
short term, with stable oil-based compounds and mainly for convenience/injection management

Definitely not claiming it’s equivalent to true manufactured blends.

How frequently are you going to pin? Typically I do it exactly how ole Milfy described below for twice a week injections.

This cut I think I’m about to switch it up. Daily injections with a slin pin. So instead of loading 3 compounds from 3 vials in a syringe daily - I’m going to add my weekly 6ml of oils to a sterile empty vial at the beginning of the week. Then just draw .85ml from that vial every day for my pins.

I pin daily... was running a total of 2.5mlish with a mixture of sustanon, npp, mast, & winoil... only tenderness came with the deltoids. After dropping the winoil & decreasing volume, deltoid issue went bye bye which is typical volume (1.5ml) for me.

Mix them up. If you get PiP, isolate.

In a promo × 1
Milfpounder's picture

Mix em all. Just pre load ur vials with air and then draw them one at a time into ur syringe with the same draw needle. Then draw the oil out of your draw needle and into the syringe as not to waste the "dead space", optionally heat it up and then change needles, purge air, insert, aspirate and inject. . Carrier oils will all mix together.

To answer the part about PIP, it's actually the contrary. If you have a compound that's giving you PIP, then typically when you mix it with a compound that doesn't, it reduces the PIP or eliminates it altogether. That's the only way I can tolerate TNE actually.

Pandateston's picture

That’s the way, brother … less wasted oil, less unnecessary pins, happier tissue

Another fun way I like to do is use the same 1ml pin for a few days & load a 3ml syringe from the front, put needle on, then inject oil & whatever viral/bacterial infection you have created. Not only am I strong, but also immune from the new jew virus.
