Has anyone heard of this a guy that goes to the gym I live at has gyno not bad but ya gyno he was asking me if I heard about Letro it was a longer name anyone know of this stuff?

Yes it will make early gyno go flat. If you have had gyno for a long time, it might not work completely, but should help some.
Letrozole is an anti estrogen like arimidex.

Its an aromatase inhibitor. It can block up to 98% of estrogen if I'm not mistaken.
