Joint pain tip

ad

SO i posted about a week ago asking for advice on what to take for joint pain relief, specifically my knees... as all the supplements i had looked at were more prevention than to help with already occurring pain... i got 1-2 comments but not much so maybe people dont look too much into it? or maybe theyre insured and are capable of going to a doctor... whatever the case i figured id share what ive found... in case anyone else can benefit from this tip...my mom actually told me about this and i was literally rolling my eyes like yeah right... but ive been taking it for a week and my knees feel better....now, theyre not 100%...they still hurt.... but at least now i can go up and down my stairs and get through leg day without my knees begging my to stop... and its only been a week...who knows maybe theyll continue to improve as i keep taking this supplement... anyway, its called: CELADRIN

anyone else use this? what was your experience, good or bad? id love to hear from you.

I also suffer from knee pain. I find that doing the bike at high intensity for at least 5 mins prior to squat help reduce the pain in my knees

Super cissus isn't for prevention. Whether or not it will help you is a different story.
