Recently a hour or so after breakfast I have been getting shaky and sweaty. I have took chromium in the past with breakfast and it seemed to keep this at bay. Now it isnt. Any suggestions?

I was having same type of episodes and everyone said get a glucose reader..except I would get shaky and sweaty and have a pit in my stomach like I haven't eaten in days...so mine was a hypogylcemic issue, urs sounds exact opposite of mine with same shitty spells.

It seems to help if I eat sour patch kids or candy. It happens after I eat breakfast and lunch, cant remember getting this crappy feeling after dinner though.

Now bro, doesn't that make perfect sense if u r going hypoglycemic after a meal? You need sugar. Also, I wouldn't play around or experiment with this kind of problem - see a doc.

Chromium can reduce the rise in blood sugar after a carbohydrate meal like I would imagine your breakfast is which is why I assume you are taking it. But, bro, time to get a blood sugar meter from the pharmacy. If the insulin spike after breakfast is getting your sugar down in the 70's - wouldn't get all upset but time to see the doc.
