I would recommend not going to the gym lol. If you've been hitting it hard for an extended period of time this is the perfect time to take a break that will do nothing but help you. Its better to do this then have to take one when you're not on vacation and sit at home all week bored out of your mind itching to go to the gym.

When I lived there I was a member of one life fitness. Lots of Equipment and pretty women. They offer a free week with no obligations. Just tell them you just moved their for work and BS your way in.
