Is depression inevitable?
ad
I was just wondering if depression...or at least a low mood...is inevitable following a cycle? Is it a chemical thing related to the change in hormones or it is a mental thing related to expectation of losing some gains...or both? Just wondering...

Great link. Thanks
AnonNo I don't think it's inevitable. Does it happen frequently? Absolutely it does. Just PCT hard and keep the focus on diet and training. Do some fun things for u. That always helps keep the chemistry stuff from fucking with ur head. After a long cycle and hard training I like to reward myself with a nice long ride on my Harley. I don't do that much on cycle because of the diet stuff and training discipline. But that's my release and how I rejuvenate.
Great reply Carlos! Listen to this man he knows what's up! +1
Thanks Carlos. Was just a general thought on cause. If chemical, I guess there is little to do but ride it out. I have a bike also (not a Harley though), so the long ride makes a whole lot of sense.
Depression can be very serious. I've learned to just keep it in mind that I know what I'm using can cause depression and counter it with doing things I love to do and things that make me happy.(no homo) I think it's mental for me.
Cheers cmo25cent. Good advice.
