+ 3 Insight on Test only noob cycle...
Everyday I log into eroids, and I see five new post all labeled "My first cycle", or "Round Two" something along those lines. I open the thread and I see a cluster of unnecessary compound compiled on itself like it's a Jenga puzzle. Instantly I fall under the impression, first cycle, lacks discipline and on a road to disaster with your eyes closed behind the wheel. To me it's sad, and it's unnecessary. The OP's ask for help with their "cycle", and we provide them with help, as soon as they put up stats, because that another thing they neglect to do. Read the rules, it's not that difficult to understand. Anyways, I felt inclined to write this thread and provide a general idea of what your first 4 cycles should be and why they should be as such. Testosterone is THE base for pretty much all AAS cycle, with very few exceptions. All AAS either shut down or suppress natural testosterone levels, so it's imperative to introduce exogenous testosterone. All AAS are either the hormone testosterone or a derivative of that hormone. With that being said, you should already assume that testosterone is going to be the base of your cycle. For the first 4 cycles it's recommended you run a long estered testosterone and only testosterone. Either cypionate or enanthate estered testosterone. The two compound are identical, with the exception of the ester. The ester doesn't affect the hormone in anyway other than the time it takes your body to metabolise it. The reason I suggest a long estered testosterone is because, it requires less pins and being new at using a syringe, it can be intimidating and it can be dangerous. So with the less pins the better. It brings the possibility of infection down slightly, but slightly is better than nothing at all. After you've chosen your preferred estered. You're going to need to decide how long you want to run your cycle. A long ester test cycle is most beneficial at longer lengths. Anything between 8 and 14 weeks will produce the best results. Your first cycle is your best cycle, you should expect to put 10-20 lbs on, with proper dieting and training. You're going to begin with a light to moderate dosage. Anywhere between 200-500mgs is a good starting point. The average male testes produce 80 mg of testosterone a week, so we're upping the dosage in a sense. You can expect to make good solid gains. There's no need to complicate things with multiply compounds. If you encounter a problem and you're running multiple compounds, how are you going to target the compound that's causing the ill effects? You're not. In addition to my previous point, I would like to add, using less gear in general is better. If you start with a high dosage of test you're only going to benefit so much, and you're receptor are going to be saturated and less effective, so the next time you're going to have to use the same if not more to get the same effect. Do you understand my point? Less is more, also if you're using a single compound for a long time, you're receptor become saturated, and therefore less effective, so switching to a new compound is more beneficial than upping the dosages, and healthier. That's nothing to worry about right now. It's very important however, to be conservative and careful with these amazing drugs. That brings me to my next point. It is imperative to use and amortize inhibitor during the duration of your cycle. When your supplementing with exogenous testosterone you are introducing higher levels of the hormone in effect causing it to convert to estrogen and therefore arousing negative side effects such as gynecomastia, water retention and acne. So the introduction of an A.I with help combat these side effects, due to it's nature. Another critical aspect of your cycle will be your Post Cycle Therapy. When supplementing with exogenous testosterone, your bodies natural testosterone production comes to a hault. By implementing a Selected Estrogen Receptor Modulator "SERM" at the end of your cycle, which is when the esters half life has depleted out of your last shot of testosterone. The application of a SERM with help boost your natural testosterone and secure a safe, fast and effective recovery. Your should give yourself the same amount of time off that you had on your cycle, to insure a full recovery, you don't want your junk to stop work forever. The information I've provided is for learning purpose only, I am in no way, suggesting you take it upon yourself to create a cycle and run it without the help of the eroid community. You must understand, Safety is the number one rule and we take it to heart.

Very well written and informative. +1
Good post +1
Nice post champ ! Information is out there .. READ AND LEARN before !!!!!
Thank you Roman
Noob here.
So just a few questions on some things you hit with.
1) Will you see good results if you use less than 400 mgs of test e a week? I have heard before that you should start at 500 mgs of test e a week to get the best results.
2) What do you think about the idea of kick starting a first or second cycle? Doesn't it take awhile for test e to get the full effects in the body, so it is suggested to start with a kick start? I have seen a lot of people posting ideal first cycles though only on test e for 10-15 weeks, but have seen a lot who suggest kickstarting with dbol for the first 4 weeks or test p.
3) Do you suggest taking an AI throughout the cycle no matter what, or keeping it on hand in case you see signs of gyno? AI's are probably that one area I need to start looking up more info on.
Thanks for helping me with my questions.
Hey man, your only 23. I'm sure you don't want to hear this.... But skip the AAS for now, lifts heavy, eat heavy and save the roids for a couple years. You should have tons of free test at 23.
I need some stats before I answer anything... rules. Are you asking me questions about your personal cycle or for educational purposes... I'm not offering cycle advice here, only information on why a test only cycle is your best option.
No, this isn't personal cycle advice. More general advice.
In that case, I'm willing to provide you information for educational purposes. To answer your first question, 400 mg is sufficient to propagate growth. As I stated above, the average human male testes produce 80 mg's of testosterone a week. For your second question, I do not suggest stacking on your first cycle. it is a possibility that you can have a allergic reaction to the testosterone. If that's the case you can be certain the ill effect was triggered by the testosterone, juxtapose to a variable of compounds. Also, It is more beneficial to use one compound. You can only gain so much and test will do the trick. And for your third question, I believe being safe. Most beginners won't catch on to the symptoms of gyno at the earliest stages, so it becomes a gamble. Which can turn out ugly and pricey. All the answer to your questions are in the line I've written above, there's really no reason to vary from that.
great post
Thanks brother
