+ 2 I'm back on Eroids
I been out of the eroids/lifting/dieting/disciplined routine for far too long now. I need to get back to a healthy lifestyle and eroids has always helped me maintain that because of the like minded people on the boards. My weight has skyrocketed in the past 6 months as I've been off cycle and lazy and eating like crap. The key there is going off cycle and then doing nothing, thats the worst thing to do. So my plan is to diet and train 4-5 days a week for the next 6-8 months and see how I look and feel.
For anyone out there reading this, young or old, remember I didn't say I was jumping back on gear, because I am not. Don't fall for the common misconception that when you start back in the gym after a long break that you need gear. YOU DONT. Maybe in 2017 if i can get back to about 245-250 then I will think about some gear. Currently I have no plans of ever taking AAS again outside of my TRT. I will say this post is more of a way for me to mentally commit to my plan of action than anything else.
