Artificial Sweeteners
ad
This may not be in the best place but I assume when on a cut, the the more cals and sugar you try to cut the more artificial sweeteners are going to be a factor. From what I've read sucralose is safe, its in a ton of PWO protein powders and low calorie everything. So is there anyone more informed than myself about the use of sucralose in products that could share the safety of them with me.

Pretty much a necessity if you need to sweeten something while cutting. I stick with stevia when possible. No FDA warnings on them so you would have to assume consuming them isn't going to harm you. I would be more worried about the cocktail of orals and tren I'm on affecting my health more than splenda is going to affect it.
very true Im off cycle at the moment gonna diet pretty hard until June then start some test but its the oatmeal low sugar kind has splenda and I read a review that said its gonna kill you from sucralose lol so as one does I asked eroids lol
Artificial sweetners make your brain think it's getting sugar so it makes insulin then when it doesn't get real sugar it freaks out and you can get the worst sugar cravings causing you to take in twice as much sweets to satisfy it a pro bb told me that if you use them in moderation it's ok but all that low calorie food has just as much sugar in it they just hide it in words you can't pronounce I can't remember how much daily sugar intake is 38 grams per day Which so much food you eat contains sugar even meats you can go over and not even try.
I hear that all the time also. Then the next article or news show you see says that it is all bullshit. I don't know what to believe. I am able to get down to sub 5% BF consuming it regularly without any problems or sugar cravings so I am leaning more to the side that it is BS.
Richard.SimmonsYou nailed it !
But other than the urges for more sweets, is there a known danger to ingesting them. Im under the assumption they are safe
Sugar causes diabetes artificial sweetners cause cancer or something like that:) if it's man made or processed it can't be good for us look at how much of our food is processed and people wonder why someone who doesn't smoke drink do drugs eat right and exercise gets cancer !!!
bigmurphI personally don't use sugar i substitute splenda in everything. Works great for flavor and helps with the cutting
