A whole year without killing myself! Joined back in march of last year and still learning. I want to throw out some thanks to some of you guys for keeping me safe and giving some really good advice to me wither in open forum or PM
Rustyhooker: Without some of your guidance I could have had some real messy cycles. If only I could give you some advice; Don't eat yellow snow?
Winning: Looking at your transformation over the past year was also inspiring. It showed me even little guys with heart can get some great gains
EngineeredDisaster or ED: The shit you have gone through in the past year made me realize that I was not the only one who has a fucked up life LOL. BUT you always pull through with a optimistic approach. Keep on truckin Bro!
Vitamin: If it wasn't for your Fuck all attitude and eat to get big or stay a scawny pussy all your life; I would not have grown the way I have, but you can honestly keep those fkn tuna soda shakes, try using sushi grade tuna (raw) it makes it taste better!
HllwdFUboy: For helping me stay out of the radar of that nasty hammer you got. But it's the approach I have always respected; You mess with the bull, you get the horns. Remind me again why I am grateful you are not my father lol.
Carlos. Life will lead you astray sometimes. Even though you aren't here anymore a lot of your wisdom has guided me as well. Fly high Michelle.
SDM: What can I say? reading your posts have educated me along the way as well as they should have. Although you are one of those stare in the mirror (do my biceps look good in this light?) bodybuilders, your methods still shine through to this lowly up and coming powerlifter.
Flash85: Another one out of the dark. You are living proof that anything is possible when you put your mind to it. Although I am sick of putting another shrimp on the barbie if you do it I will follow! Glad to see how much you grew personally and mentally this year as well.

on another side note, if shit hits the fan and life has any of you down, don't ever give up! turn your body and mind into a machine! bodybuilding can give you the confidence and focus you need to get back on track! I should be inside a slammer rite now, but I am blessed to be given another chance.
