power lifters preform reps over and over its about finding the groves for that lift he is going near max, the next light, the next day med.rest then over 6 work outs per week.power lifting is about finding the grove for a lift. the best is hollow-testen tabs and test-suspention
Mariousz Pudzianowski is a perfect example of "small" guys who can Lift SUPER heavy. For some of the peps who don't know him, he was The World Strongest man several times a few years back, and he don't look no way near as big as the majority of his competitors.
what i dont understand is how is his body recovering when his doing the same exercise everyday
shoxingbiceps17if hes on juice then theres your answer...juice significantly reduces recovery, by ALOT
May be Steroids, you know fucken juicer
I really dont think his on the juice but he could be
shoxingbiceps17im lookin for this answer too lol everyone is off track
Anonbig has NOTHING to do with STRONG... some of the strongest men and women in the world don't LOOK big at all..
AnonExactly. The lack of recovery time is probably why he isn't big at all. Rest is part of the formula that makes you big.
I found out i wasn't taking in enough calories. Upped good food intake then bulked. I was uber active and simply needed more.
I concur!
Exactly! I used to be the lightweight guy doing crazy lifts.
