How to take BPC - 157 - 5mg/vial + TB 500 10 mg

ad

So I just received my order. I got TB 500 10 mg, BPC - 157 - 5mg/vial, MK677 (IBUTAMOREN)

Any advice on how to take these? Also how much Bacteriostatic Water should I add to the TB 500 10 mg and BPC - 157 - 5mg/vial.

I bought these for my shoulder and knee pain. I've read that I should inject near the area in pain.

Also, should these be sub-q under the skin with an insulin needle? or in the muscle?

Thank you in advance.

I’ve done both near the site of pain and subq abdomen area and haven’t noticed any difference.

I'd put 2 ml (200 units) of bac water in the TB 500 and 1 ml (100 units) in the BPC-157 so they're dosed evenly.
Administer them subq with an insulin pin, near the site. From my experience, just get it in. The shoulder is tough to reach and to really be picky especially if you're injecting near the rear deltoid.
My bpc and tb are both 5mg bottles so I get 5 doses out of each one and I'm pinning twice per day.
I do spread the dose between both knees. So for example, I draw 20 units of each into the syringe and tap the little air bubble from bottom to top a few times to mix the two. Then I put 20 units in each knee. When I was spreading it to my shoulder too I'd just eyeball it and try to get a third in each spot. It'll help locally and also go systemic.

Thank you, is it working well for you? Is your pain gone or going away?

Not in my knees, though it's likely a lost cause due to cartilage damage. Still giving it a shot. Shoulder and forearm were significantly improved in only a few weeks. I went through 5 vials of each bpc and tb, both 5mg bottles. They were soft tissue injuries and from what I've read that's where these peptides shine.

After I add the Bacteriostatic Water to the BPC - 157 - 5mg/vial + TB 500 10 mg and I do my 1st shots do I put them in the fridge afterward?

Yep, store reconstituted peptides in the fridge
