Plus some reviews are saying they aren't and some are saying they never received the order.

You can only post labs and brand names on the sources page. Go to that sources page in question and post the same question you had above

It's been that way for a couple years according to people on Reddit. Simple solution: stay away from them and just pick the top sources on here depending on where you live in the world.
