Well...hcg is usually ran on-cycle at 500IU/wk. You split the shots into 2 days/wk. into 250IU's/shot. Schedule it something like Sun./Wed. OR Mon./Thurs.
Honestly if you are just running a Sust cycle, then you really don't need it. HCG is more for HARD shutdown cycles with compounds like EQ or 19nors...heavy hittin hormones and lengthy cycles past 12 weeks.
