How do you rate a site?

I have sent in my review but I can't figure out how to do the rating of a source for the over all rating.

you cant rate untill you have a min 6 karma points brother.. you need to hit the forums and earn some more karma.... give advice , post some self-pics will get you some points ok.

Look up top ^. Click on community & then forums. Contribute to the community and earn another point. Then vote by visiting the page of the source and clicking where is says..overall, quality, service, ect.
