Help me rid this Acne!

ad

Hey fellow juicers, I need some help getting rid of this stubborn acne. I've tried many typical things like upping water intake, upping AI dosage, using acne soaps, dish soap, astringents, creams etc. Fuck, I've tried them ask at the same time which helps, but it's not enough. I'm on a TRT/Maintenance dose of Test C which ranges from 200-300 mg/wk. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

i just wanna say obsorbica (accutane) has been spot on. i know if you read the internet you will see all kinds of bad shit about the stuff but im gonna tell you from experience the stuff is amazing i get my blood work done once a month for the dr to monitor me and how my body reacted and never had a problem. now there is some side effects shit will dry your ass out so you better have lots of lotion and carmex for your lips thats the worst your pigment in your skin can look blotchy from time to time but those are small prices to pay for clear skin. however im sure this stuff will effect everyone differently but worked good for me. heres how i got put on it i went to the dermatology and was honest told him i run large amounts of test and has me broke out and i want gone asap, regular dr had already put me on bactrim and minocycline and it did not work. he was like im glad your honest said he sees it everyday guys coming in but they lie about what they are doing lol.anyways used to break out really bad when on a cycle i havent had but a couple hear n there but nothing to sweat over what so ever. dont let the horror stories scare you stuff is golden. they also say 80% of the ppl who run the full 6-8 months will never break out again, im still going so thats yet to be determined hope this helps this is my experience with it.

thats funny how theres an acne ad right under your post... maybe you should check that out

i just use ANTI-BACTERIAL (not deodorant soap like many are) soap to wash my face, twice daily... never have any problems. Cetaphil is also great, but the key is to wash 2-3 times daily.

If its your hormones causing this then washing your face wont help much you'd need something stronger like a prescription acne killer

I was curious about different labs having different affects on acne. I'm about to try a new labs gear, maybe that won't give me such terrible acne, who knows.

I thought that's what this was, no?

Is that an oral med or soap & cream treatment?

I was wondering the same thing, what anti biotic do you use to fight it?

I can tell you the antibiotic alone made some of my acne go away completely and my huge, cystic shit go down to the small, normal stuff at the very least. I used KEFLEX (cephalexin or some shit like that), but there are many others. I just had access to this one in particular.

Run an antibiotic. Tan. Shower twice a day. Moisturize after at least one of your showers. Those things probably will not completely fix your problem, but I can almost guarantee they will help very significantly. I had hella acne from my last cycle. Thought it would never go away. My entire back was covered in HUGE, CYSTIC acne... Shoulders and chest were covered as well but with smaller forms. Those things helped me get rid of mine. That and balancing my hormones out. Hoping they will help me keep it at bay for the most part throughout this cycle. I would try all those things as well before resorting to Accutane. May have to, but def do not want to if not necessary. Good luck, man.

Does it matter which antibiotic you use? Maybe I'll try that. & I have not used any moisturizers because I was trying to dry out the acne. Does that make sense?

I'm glad to hear your feelings on Accutane. I have a lot of experience with (my self and family) and you are required to have monthly blood tests before you can get a refill. It's harder to get a refill of Accutane than schedule II controlled substances. Accutane does work, but it should only be used when prescribed by a dermatologist and you are getting monthly blood tests. I wish everyone would follow this.

Exactly. This is the "get my liver swoll!!" cycle.

Since you've tried everything else.. I've used accutane myself at a VERY low dose. The sides can be kinda harsh at high doses, but you might try a low dose to control your acne. It worked for me and you seem to have exhausted all other options. Acne sucks..

Oops

Meh I figured that's what I'd hear. Kinda looking for some other miracle lol. The girlfriend was on a legit Accutane prescription from her derm & it was quite hardcore

Aromasin seems to control mine pretty well, but sometimes it just gets out of hand. I blame genetics. Guess I wasn't born with the ability to run grams and grams of gear with no acne. I was dosing my accutane at 20mg EOD or E3D. Sorry I couldn't be more help. Can't think of anything else that might work

Did u get your Accutane through the doc or a UG Source?

the_gainz's picture

Technically UG source, but it was supposedly "pharma grade"
