Blood pressure spikes.
I think I got this one figured out. I watched a lot of Dr House back in the day.
Are you married? That can be a major contributor.
All jokes aside, hope you’re feeling better.
Sounds like a tention headache to me bro. Have read up on them and see if it's similar
AnonYou should probably consult a doctor if it's bothering you that much, secondly I used to get headaches but they have subsided since regularly giving blood.
I'm going to cast my vote for going to the doctor, letting them know what is going on and just having a general check up. It may not be related to AAS whatsoever, ya know?
Did you use hCG to help with recovery?
What all blood work did you get?
MightyMatt812No I did not use hcg I did hormone panel just found out tho had vitamin deficiency it was a real long winter by me not much sun couple b vitamins and d was really low since I’ve been gotten back on track been headache free
Good deal bro
Hi Matt. Of course blood results. Also try Black Seed Oil Nigella Sativa . 1 tea spoon morning time with orange juice. That oil did wonders for my headaches. It is good for anything , for any ailment.
I’ll check that out.
No worries mate. Give it a try. Make sure it is the cold pressed one. Taste is bitter kind of spicy that is why it is good to wash it off with orange juice or any other drink of your liking.
RustyhookerBp, hydrated, caffeine changes, stress, eye strain ....
Bloods will give deeper results.
Its funny each time I'm about to comment I scroll down and you have already laid out what I was thinking but I would have added allergies cause it's that time of season and allergies can start at any age
RustyhookerAllergies kill me. Wake up with headache and feel crappy when it flares. Puffy eyes. Lol.
My job is really boring. Blind monkey work. So i can pop in here easy. Lol
100% works
Find a local honey source say 10-20 mile radius
Eat a teaspoon everyday and I promise your symptoms will eventual disappear. The pollen the bees use will be in the honey and basicly get your body used to it being there and will stop attacking it. Pre season is obviously best say......3 weeks or so but you get the idea
No more hayfeaver ;)
RustyhookerTrue...theres a local hippy shop that uses only locals bees. Gotta get some. Good in coffee too!
AnonYou can also find a bee keeper and buy straight pollen, it takes a few days to get used too but it has a bunch of health benefits and it's 40% protein. It goes bad pretty quick so you have to keep it in a freezer.
MightyMatt812Bp good 130 over 87 I drink 1-2 gallons pure h2o a day I did stop drinking all carbonated soft drinks still drink few cups coffee a day stress is about the same as always
Every time I cut back on my caffeine I get the worst headaches ever. They start in the top of my head and roll down to behind my eyes. One soft drink has more caffeine than one cup of coffee so depending on how many you drank a day compared to how much coffee your drinking it could very well be a lack of caffeine headache. Try taken a couple of goody powders they have caffeine in them as well as
Rustyhooker^^^^^^boom!! Withdrawls from caffein suck.
Yes they do that why I always give in and drink more coffee. My body can process and deal with coffee a lot better than it can soft drinks now. Though I know I really need to cut out all caffeine to get myself more healthy.
Double
You know it is sinus and allergy season.
Good call!
MightyMatt812ya I never thought of that but never really bothered me before
