Just wanna see everyone's thoughts of getting a flu shot I'm on doc percribed trt my doc says it's ok but doesn't know the other compounds I blast just wanted to see it anyone else gets a flu shot while cycling

AnonNot a big fan of flu shots personally although I doubt that there is any danger in getting one if you are prone to getting the flu. Luckily I never get the flu so I skip it but I'd still say you should get it if you get the flu often because it can prevent you from getting certain types of the flu or at least make them less severe since your immune system is primed to take it on already. And no it won't cause Down syndrome or autism, that's a bunch of bull
Just got my flu shoot couple days ago. Nurse kept on commenting on how big my shoulder was and how she had so many different choices on where to pin. All I know is she jabbed it hard and injected super fast. I was like wow! I know it's supposed to be a myth about the flu shot causing you to get sick but I had a headache the next day and it seemed an effort just to walk

I think all these vaccines nowadays are bovine feces and unnecessary. No conspiracy theories needed. Why are chicken pox vaccines necessary? I remember putting calamine lotion on, popping some tylenol, and staying at home playing Defender on the Atari 2600. Now they have a vaccine for chicken pox. Why should a child that is not sexually active or an IV drug user...nevermind an INFANT....receive a vaccine for hepatitis? Big pharma. Money. Follow the money. Flu vaccine? Pffff. My mother in law had one 2 years in a row and still caught the flu both years.

And I'm gonna ask the nurse if she'll pin me in the quad. I asked her last year what gauge needle she was using and she looked at me kinda funny and asked me if I was a diabetic.

If you've ever had the flu. I mean really had the flu not just a bad cold which many mistake for the flu if they have never had it you would definitely get the shot.
