I know my diet consists of egg whites. So your probably does as well. I always had a hard time taking the yolk out and the I stumbled across this video. IT HELPED SO MUCH!!

An egg contains about 72 calories, with 17 calories in the white and 55 in the yolk. When you also consider that the white has almost no fat and no cholesterol, it is easy to see why some dieters eat the whites and skip the yolks. An egg yolk has about 4.51 total g of fat, 1.64 saturated, and 184 g cholesterol. Don't think the yolk is "bad," though. It has some good stuff the white doesn't have, like folate, choline and healthy fatty acids and it has more calcium than the white.
I love eggs ! my mom has about sixty chickens so I get free range organic eggs as much as I want ! its crazy how much different they are then store bought ! but yea.... egg whites alone is a no go ! the idea is cool, but the whole yolk has bad cholesterol thing was a myth !

Yes, the yolk helps the body digest the white's proteins.
Easy little trick, im cutting right now, so I only eat a few yolks ED.

What if its recycle day and you threw all of your left over water bottles away. And your car breaks down and you live about 3 miles from the nearest gas station or grocery store and then you go there and as your walking home drinking your water bottle you throw it on the floor then you realize you needed that to suck your eggs out. And your about 1 mile away from it are you gonna walk back and get it or not?

Well what if you went to the fle market and from where they have animals the one you buy got pissed on, then as your walking away some kids running away from a Pokemon card stand bump you and you sling the box because how hard they hit you, it flys into a baby roller and the baby puts it down its diaper and from where the mom didn't change the diaper it's covered in green runny poo, so you decide not to mess with it anymore and you worked up a sweat from all that excitement and you go buy a drink! Problem solved ;) LMFAO
