Getting an injury while on 8th week cycle

ad

I just pinned Monday, my son left his tri cycle by the stairs last night. As I went for my midnight meal there goes dad down the stairs. Haha! This is some shit. Some excruciating pain in my back. Went to the doc. Fractured back, he told me I swim if I wanted after 3 days of rest, but no weights. In 3 weeks I'm going on a cruise. I don't want to waste my cycles I just started getting my gains! Should I continue to pin to finish my 12 week cycle, just swim on it and continue to eat high calories? I'm on 250 enanthate, Mon & Thursday.

Its not worth risking a lifetime of back problems just so you can finish your cycle. If you can do low impact cable work without pain do it but if you feel the slightest pain stop.

If is that bad bro just dont fuck up ur back and let it heal, back problems can be a bitch and keep u for lifting permanently. I would say just start pct, then once u recover, blast again. Remember time on+pct = Time off. Then star ur cycle again. I had to do this last year due to personal problems, sometime is good to take care of important things first then when fully recover start again bro. Shit happens :/

Don't screw around with a back injury just to try to save the gains you've made recently. Give your body the time it needs to rest and heal properly. If it were a hand or leg injury, I would say adapt and work through it. But a back injury, no way. Get some rest and start building your next cycle. Sorry about your back brother.

I just think you risk far more permanent issues when you're dealing with a back injury. Gotta make sure you're able to fight another day.
