Friend in need

ad

Need some help . My cousin is 6'3" and weighs 255. His bf is 10%. Hes 35 years old. He's obviously in good shape. He's currently pinning sust 500 and primo 200 each week. He is on week 9. This is probably his 15-20 cycle.Over the last week or so he has gradually developed a bad fatigue. It's like he can barely hold his eyes open no matter what time of day or how much sleep he's gotten. His diet is balanced and on point. He's not overtrained. The only other symptom he's having is dizziness. No body aches or flu symptoms. Plan on getting some bloods on Tuesday. Any ideas or suggestions regarding what the problem is or what blood test to get specially? Have no pre cycle bloods. Thanks bros for your help. I've never seen him down like this and I'm a little worried.

All bloods were normal. Sleep study next.

Best of my knowledge he has never ran tren. Had bloods done a few days ago including a thyroid panel. Ill keep you guys posted.

Yikes! Don't see how current cycle could be the problem but I would check Thyroid (I'm just reacting to those symptoms). Over my years of AAS usage, I did develop a Thyroid condition. I couldn't get out of bed at the end I was so dang tired. Don't let the doc say - Oh TSH is normal so Thyroid is fine. BS from a doc that is not an expert. If TSH is g2g, then u want to see T4, and ultimately T3. I need to take T3 now or I'm useless. And guess what chemical probably did me in here - our favorite darling - Trenbolone. Has he run a lot of Tren?

Sorry bro. It's primo 400 weekly. The source rates very high so I would hope the primo is real. Yes, 15-20 cycles over the years. Been trying to decide if its aas related or not. He's never had this problem before. He's got an appointment to get bloods done in the morning including: test (free and bound), estrogen, thyroid panel, comprehensive metabolic panel, CBC, lipid panel....and something else that I can't think of right now. Results in a day or two. I truly appreciate the insight and advice from everyone.

Bet my left nut he has sleep apnea which is causing excessive daytime sleepiness and high blood pressure is dizziness , apnea also result in this.

First have him check his blood pressure. It could be his blood sugar levels. Or even an inner ear infection. If I was him I would get a complete CBC on my bloods. That way he will be able to tell if his white cells are up and if he is fighting off some type of infection. Have him test his blood sugar levels that can also be a cause if they are running excessively low.
Also find out from him if he is running any other regular supplements. For instance an over abundance of L-Arginine can cause dizziness as well as other supplements. A deficiency in electrolyte balance can also cause dizziness.

is he running a ai?

No

No ai on sustanon? I'd bet his estrogen is way off! 15-20 cycles and no ai seems suspect to me. Especially running a compound with 3 different esters. High estrogen can lead to excess water retention which can lead to high BP. The additional fluid in the pericardial sack can cause the heart to work harder because of the restriction on it and cause some of symptoms too.

Dude, he's never used ai.. And has always come out ahead

I have a friend like that. About two cycles ago it finally caught up to him. Now he struggles with keeping his estrogen in check

TheFlash85's picture

maybe estrogen related, also could be blood pressure related, and shutdown, bloods are the answer

cj0cj0's picture

that could be the problem.
