Stop playing doctor for your friend. Have your friend join, better yet, tell him to see a doctor and not seek not second hand bro science but 3rd source... from here to you to him... a disaster in and of itself.

CBD worked great for me when I was having shoulder issues. It was getting so bad I had trouble sleeping but after about 2 weeks of using a good strong CBD the pain disappeared completely.

I am an expert... at... nothing, so I 100% guarantee you that my random, anonymous, who-d-hell-am-i-anyway advice is medical/pharma grade

  1. See a doctor... consider; Mobility, release techniques, inflammation control beyond thr ould you eat etc... see an expert to discuss what they do, maybe cortisone etc.

  2. Raise your estro a notch or 2 on the dial

Ya reckon he listens... this time.... ever?!

Close, it's akin to calling tech support and they ask you to reboot... Both doc and tech are on google during that time.

The ultimate irony is that because of this post, Omer went to see a doctor who in turn googled the symptoms which lead him to this post... the Doctor subsequently prescribed rest and 10mg of CBD every 4 hours to alleviate pain.

Yeah...I went to the doc and told him that I had hurt my arm in three places...all he said was: 'Well, don't go to those places...'

Hello Sir,

Think it would be better idea if your friend becomes a member of eRoids and then we could talk to him directly.

In regards to the joints there could be few different reasons - poor training technique, certain PEDs that will lead to this problem, poor nutrition etc. You would need to go back to when you first started experience pain and try to remember what changed in your life that could possible cause this issue. You must be doing something different than before if pain occured recently

Regards

Dear Rustyhooker why you always relate my new query with my old posts..i think if you have no positive thing to say than leave my post..

Because. You. Never. Fucking. Listen.

Simple, but I doubt it will be effective.

Read the first line over and over until you awaken from your stupor and decide to take advice and stop being so butt hurt.

Joint pain is usually caused by poor form over time leading to inflammation. Certainly not lack of supplements. Worst offender is not locking out and not performing full ROM. Partial range of motion exercises are the worst things we can subject our joints to. Funny enough, a lot of bros will tell you locking out is bad for your joints. I literally don’t know where people get this shit. It’s the complete opposite.

Thanks HelloBrooklyn, i will must follow your advice next time, i hope it will help.

Is this your same friend with ED problems?

Omer Khan's picture

You think its funny, my friend age is 45 years he is diabetic, recently he face the freeze shoulder issue, he asked me for any support, so i write his problem here..

JARHEAD2's picture

Are you offended bro that I asked if this was the same person? Symptoms could be related. Don’t be so sensitive man.

Makwa's picture

By freeze shoulder issue do you mean it locks up and they can't move it? I'm not exactly sure what you mean.

Omer Khan's picture

Yes Makwa his shoulder is freeze and hardly to move and in night things get more worse..

Makwa's picture

Has he seen a doc about it. That sounds pretty serious.

Jayzgainz's picture

Inflammation? I had this when my elbow had tendonitis. At night when I did not move it for awhile it would become so stiff that it hurt to move. Not sure if its the same problem or not bit I ended up needing a trip to dr for cortisone shot.
