Delts and Triceps

ad

Geez how is it possible to pin these two areas while keeping the needle as steady as possible... Just did my left tricep and didn't do the best job keeping the needle steady while applying pressure.

On a final note: Training that muscle group you just pinned does it cause more aggravation to spot or is it fine to train it about an hour later after injection? Just a basic question thanks

I like to do bi lateral tne pins on some muscles I train. Usually always try to work out whatever muscle I pinned after. Not sure if it actually helps with anything but I usually feel a better pump so I stick with it lol. Also helps to have a lady to pin those hard spots Smile

I always work legs on the days I pin quads. I've done this enough times to know it helps me with PIP. I have researched this and found ZERO science to back this up. If it works for you, do it.

I typically do not have an issue with training recently pinned areas. However, I feel it would depend on the gear your using as well. PIP ( post injection pain ) would obviously alter your ability to train that specific muscle group that you just pinned. If your gear is pip free I do not see you having an issue. Hell, Ive split dose in both delts evenly and had a better workout than my typical norm.
