Cutis Verticis Gyrata Disease help
ad
Last night I was rubbing the top of my head after I got a haircut and near the middle and back of my head I noticed these ridges in my actual scalp. I've never noticed these before and started freaking me out. I looked online and found many links to a disease called Cutis Verticis Gyrata.
It looks like there are two types and the secondary is caused by testosterone and HGH use. I've been on TRT and GH at 2.5 iu for one year.
Has anyone heard of this or developed ridges on their scalp? Luckily I have pretty thick hair but if I ever lost it or shaved my head these ridges are pretty significant.

Klingons ?????
Disruptors on STUN,..........wait, ?? is there a stun setting on a disruptor ???
I'm more familiar with Federation phasers.
Glad this shit is so funny to you bro. Keep on with the jokes. I came on here to find help on a serious topic.
You serious "bro", .. . .........see a real doctor.
Us internet doctor's aren't the one you really need to see.
No racist, but I see it more with black guys that braid their corn rows too tight. Always assumed that was the cause.
You're fucking with my hypochondriac mind. I'm going to have to shave my head and check.
I read on another board a guy did one cycle of test e and developed it, some freaky shit
Ha are you feeling some ridges?
Got me touching my head and shit. Jeep it together brother one step at a time.
Mine is nowhere near as bad as some of the pics on line, just like 3 ridges. One of the articles says it
Occurs in teens with low T. Wondering if it's been like that for a while and I never knew. I was put on trt a year ago because levels were in the 200's
Shits wild some of those pics had my mouth drop.
I've actually seen at least 3 people with this diseases. All of them at the gym, but never made the connection to hgh and test use. It didn't look pretty in any case.
Shits got me nervous, I just don't see how it could changes could happen to my scalp with in a years time
I found this interesting.
" Cutis verticis gyrata occurs in 0.5% of people with mental retardation "
Just saying.
And it gets worse the more you touch yourself at night.
TronWell, at least I know I'm of low risk lol.
Always looking out for the community lol
Bahahahahaah I read that shit bro
Never heard of it before. Looks relatively benign though? Go see a dermatologist before getting all worked up over it.
Definitely going to doc ASAP, crazy to feel ridges in your scalp man
