Accutane help pharma vs generic
Been dealing with acne ever since I started TRT 3 years ago. It's only ever on my shoulders and it will be a mix of large red zits and small white heads. I finally went to dermatologist, explained situation with TRT and she said it was a combo of hormonal and bacterial. She put
Me on a antibiotic and wash for 3 months. It helped but I still had bad breakouts.
I decided to order 10mg accutane generic from a source here. I've been on 20mg a day for 3 months and absolutely no change in acne. I get the dry chapped lips as a side and bloods are fine with liver values. I believe it's legit as I get chapped lips but how do I still have bad acne?
I ordered Roche accutane and am waiting for it to arrive. Hoping this will be better.
Is it possible the pharma Roche will be better than the generic? Anyone have experience with this?

Accutane is a terrible drug. I took it when it first came out it cause lumps behind my nipples. It also effects your esophagus into your stomach by shrinking the couture into your stomach i.e heartburn all the time. It gets rid of acne but there is a price.
Accutane is the most powerful drug I've ever taken, beats the spots of anything literally and there isn't many I haven't taken!
You sure you want to go down that route without first exhausting everything else?
Its funny we have taboo topics but accutane isn't one of them.
I'm already on that road, sides aren't too bad at 20mg, getting blood work, I can usually feel if something is up with my body. What was your regimine? Doctor prescribed?
When I was 22 (steroid free) my NHS doctor put me on 20mg for a month then 40mg for a month then for a further 6 months I went on 80mg.
I has to see the doctor every month or so for bloods.
Acne didn't clear (actually got worse) until I got off accutane and it instantly cleared up (no doubt the drug worked but it seemed a little backwards).
You haven't need it again being on gear?
Apart from a handful of normal spots while on high dosages nothing. I had terrible crystic acne also. Covered in scars but who cares, tan covers it up and it's painless unlike acne which hurt wearing backpacks and doing squats. Best of luck mate.
I had really bad Acne Problems too - back, arms, neck..
I went to doctore and got prescribed accutane. First got 20 mg ed, then 30 ed, now since like 3-4 monts 40 ed and i have nearly no acne anymore. sometimes 1-2 come back but not worth to mention.
Running it since 9-10 months now.
My tip for you - go to real doc because on 40 mg its really drying the fuck out of you - get some prescribed Medical and do a low dose longtime therapy.
Sides are:
Still 1000 times better then acne but still not mild sides: sometimes nose bleed, eyes dry - shitty with contact lenses, lips completely cuts off because so dry (sry for shitty englisch ;) )
i´m happy that i used Isotretinoin because with this acne type guys like we run around its not nice - EVERYBODY knows what you doin...

Swoldiger20 mg is a fairly mild dose, took me about 6 months to notice any change and I was taking 20mg ed
