+ 1 Creatine Gummies, without Creatine

ad

Stumbled upon an interesting video by a pretty well known fitness influencer in the UK; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7gLVOGJpSpE

The brief version is a lot of the brands on Amazon and advertised all over the place selling Creatine Gummies actually don't contain ANY creatine, or very little of it despite claiming full doses...

Apparently PUSH is a huge supplement brand in AUS/NZ, never seen them in the UK though I think... Anyone here use any of these brands? Or creatine gummies in general?

Seems like a bit of a mainstream sham to me all these gummies, nothing wrong with powder creatine.

All the lab tests are linked in the video description if you really want them

I dunno. I just take a spoon full of creatine and put it in my mouth and take a drink out of my water bottle and wash it down. I don't understand the whole gummy thing. LIke I don't need to chew my creatine or have it flavored like peach cobbler or smell like strawberries. I have my creatine in my mouth and down my throat faster than a hungry gay man.

You Dry scoop 5 grams of creatine monohydrate??!! UUuugghhhhh!!! Bad

I'm not going to even attempt to try it LMAO

Yea lol I don't get it. Scoop it in and take a sip form my water bottle and swallow.

Is it the taste for people or the dryness before hand? I swear it simple easy and quick.

Errr - I think its everything about creatine mate!!!! LMFAO

The horrible taste, the grittyness, the cough inducing acidity. Actually just thinking about it, I am not sure doing it this way you are going to get the best from it pal because the idea is to dissolve as much as you can into the water BEFORE you swallow it. Then when its dissolved in the water it can pass through the instestinal wall and makes its way more easily into the bloodstream. By not dissolving it and just washing it down into the stomach, more its its just going to sit there and cause stomach problems together with increase the acidity of the stomach. Monohydrate is already very difficult to get to completely dissolve into water as it is, warm water gets round this problem. This is why Creatine HCL exists because 100% of it dissolves into water, then when it gets into your intestines all of it passes through into the blood. You are just going to end up with tonnes of grit sat in your stomach the way you are doing it bud.

Have you tried Bucked Up Creatine gummies? I have some and they claim in four gummies there is 5000mg of creatine. They taste like shit and are sour so I assume it's creatine.

This doesn't surprise me at all mate - just think about how a sweet or several of them would taste if they did contain 5 grams of creatine monohydrate, pretty Fuckin awful!!! LMAO

They would simply never sell any as the general public wouldn't like them, they would be all bitter and gritty most likely. To get 5 grams of monohydrate its quite a big scoop of powder grit in itself.

After my recent trial with HCL creatine I decided to go back to monohydrate again and give it a try just for comparison, and I just cannot stomach that stuff anymore lol The acid reflux it gives me during the night is worse than trenbolone and I can often wake up with acid puke sat in my gullet if laid on my back LMAO Apparently this is because Creatine relaxes the sphincter muscle at the top of the stomach (basically like an arsehole muscle lol) which would normally stop stomach acid flowing back up the oesophagus, creatine leaves it open. (bit like @anvil after a butt plug session Lmfao)

Its really good mate, only problem I have been finding with it is that it can make me feel a little tired after taking it I think due to the Hydrochloride salt in it, so I put Dextrose in also and make sure I take it after a few meals then its okay. You do need to get 3 doses in you before it takes proper effect initially I have found, so load it over 3 days asap at 3g per day.

Mate I absolutely LOVE Aircon - I'd have my whole apartment plumbed in with it if I could afford to and had a place to mount the extraction fan on the wall out back!! lol First time I ever experienceed Aircon was in the US back when I was 8 years old. Got picked up from LAX and when we walked out the airport in the middle of summer the heat was like NOTHING i had ever experienced!! Got sat in my Grandads car and he turned on the cold air - Except this wasn't like normal cold air all the UK cars pumped out back then, this was like proper cold, crisp and clean air!!! I was like why don't our cars do this in the UK??? LMAO Then it turned out his whole home had it too!!! So like days like today I will get pissed off after about 3 hours of sitting in it in a high up apartment so will go get in my car which has it and drive around for 2 hours in my shorts icing up my bollocks LMFAO
