+ 4 Cholesterol and AAS
Just posting up a thread for some of the newer members who aren’t real hip on the magnifying glass up top. Most of the seasoned vets here emphasize on blood work and it can’t be recommended enough. We have all been in our early 20’s and know, don’t feel we we know we are invincible. Man have we all had that shit blow up in our faces!!! So hopefully all of the newer guys and even some naive gents who have been here a little while open their minds up and start getting more frequent blood work performed. I chose cholesterol because some are predispositioned to have high cholesterol without aas and without pre cycle blood work would know nothing about it. Your setting yourself up for a catastrophic failure if you don’t keep tabs and correct abnormalities with blood work. We are not immortal as much as we hate to think or know that we aren’t. So let’s be aware of the risks we all face and may face even without aas. Be responsible and stay healthy it’s a marathon not a sprint... Here is a link that I thought was pretty good from a few years back.

We all think we are bulletproof at a young age. I was lucky I had good guidance. I have to keep reminding myself of this when I work with a younger demographic. It can get a bit annoying.
Yes for sure.... It’s very hard to get through to the younger gen about taking care of themselves. Idk if you have exp it but I can remember sort of tweaking something in my early 20’s not necessarily a pain or injury just a tweak and being like man that was strange only to have an bigger issue with that particular body part now in my 30’s...
Good post +

Reminds me to schedule my doctor appointment for blood work on Monday
