BillLumbergh5x5 pendlay intro to prioritization. 5-3-1
always be improving something..
train for strength and nice mass will come(w/ a caloric surplus) with it unless you're a faggot.
if you're not doing a compound lift during a training day youre probably wasting your time and not making much progress, or certainly less than you could be.
diet: calories in v calories out. protein is important. simple IMO.
Nice,
Sent you a FR +1

No secret to it. Your routine looks good. Progress EVERY workout weather it be more weight or an extra rep.
I've been a powerlifter, Physique and bodybuilder and the only thing that has changed to achieve the 3 different types of body types for me is food. When i was a powerlifter 20 years ago i ate whatever I wanted and alot of it, Physique I trained the same way but watched every calorie and macro,BB I cycle from Bulk to cut. My training style never really changed. I always keep my heavy lifts weather i was 200lbs or 260lbs. It was how i ate that determined what I wanted my body to look like.
Put it this way i Know this asian guy that worked out at a gym I used to wok out at, he must of been maybe 160-170lbs but he could squat, deadlift and bench like a guy twice his size. he never wanted to be huge so he didn't eat to be huge but he was one strong mofo. He could of been huge if he wanted to cause he new how to train but it was how he ate that kept him at the size he wanted.
Eat to achieve the look you want. There are thousands of routines out there but none will do you good unless you eat to where you wanna be.
Yes food is a huge part of it of course but so is training and the way you train. Not everyone believes in just compound movements and the things your saying. Everyone have there OWN method they use in order to grow THEY want. Your tips are great but not everyone is looking to be really strong. Personally I go to the gym and throw around 225 on squats while the next guy is doing 300+ but his legs are fuckin tiny so to me heavy weight is not important, form and muscle mind connection is important brotha! I did make this for advice but I don't want someone on here telling someone how to workout. I want tips, I want people to look at something and just throw it into there workout and maybe it works maybe it doesnt. Food is important but training is just as important
Ok I just want to throw my work out schedule out there. Mine is totally different then the average routine no I do have a routine, but I don't really follow reps and sets, me personally I workout with how my muscle feel and what is needed to get the exercise they need inorder to grow lol so many people tell me I'm over training or what I'm training together is stupid but I look at me and then look at them and just walk away ;) but my routine is:
Note: I do not have a order I do them in, I just go with whatever routine feels good for that day.
Monday: Back & Bi's
Back: Pulldowns 4x10-15
Pullups 4x6-8
Barbell Rows 3x10-12-15
Dumbbell rows 3x12-15 (single arm)
Seated rows 4x10-12
Iso Lat Pulldowns 3x10-15
Bi's: DB curls 4x10
Hammer DB culrs 3x10
Preacher Curls 3x15
Barbell curls 3x10
Super set 50-60-70 and call it a day
I only put reps and sets to give you guys that follow those routines but me personally I just do whatever feels great for me, haha I have a great mind muscle connection even for my age!
Both of these have worked great for me.
