I am taking rythmol for atrial fibrillation but nothing for blood pressure as everytime i try a blood pressure med it makes me feel sick or just off, does anyone have any helpful tips on how to keep blood pressure down as much as possible with out taking meds, dontwant to stroke out.

Tips for maintaining a healthy BP level: keep sodium to a minimum. This can lead to excess water retention causing strain on your capillaries and vessels leading to a rise in bp. Avoid alcohol. Alcohol has been shown to increase bp due to a restriction of the capillaries. Probably tbe most important tip is to avoid a nagging ass woman or asshole kids. Nothing makes my bp rise more than my wife and kids when they won't shut the hell up. Good luck bro.

Lower your salt as much as possible.

Looking at your profile - 250lbs at 5-10. Your carrying a higher than desired BF% I would imagine? That won't help you if that is the case.

im doing cardio at 5am for 35 min, and cardio around 7pm for 35 min after weights, trying to get my bf down

What gear are you running at the moment? Any obvious BP legends like adrol, dbol etc?

Test prop, tren ace, mast .. hygetropin

Have you run tren before? If so, did you get BP problems when you did? Some people get high blood pressure even from low doses of tren. If your BF is high and your prone to high BP as a side effect, your options are limited. Try the salt limitation (none or as little as possible), watch your cardio, (my cardio goes to shit when on tren), possibly see the doc for BP medication if it continues.

You may have to consider dropping the tren.

yes i have run tren before, i never really had any problems with cardio on tren, but it does make my BP go thru the roof
