two days ago before my arm workout i thought i would try hitting my rear tri...that was a mistake lol
i usually only hit glutes and delts but want to try other spots but my idea for venturing off has gone away now haha

GearofWarVentroglutes. The No PIP solution. Well, even if you still get PIP its in a seldom felt muscle group. Love the ventroglutes.
Pecs are easier than bis and tris....how bout your quad?
quad was the first thing i tried...was hell...just like how my tri is...dead lol
it is messing with my workout schedule supposed to do shoulders/trap today but it is so hard to bend it past 90 that i dont think it would even be worth it
