Need some help

ad

So i am coming to the end of my first cycle. it's been fun, just simple test e 250 2x per week ended with 4 weeks of var. i have been trying to maintain my weight around 215 but trying to drop some BF. I'd say i started probably 15-16% and probably have lost 2-3% but manage to stay the same weight. I have been cutting my carbs down after about 4-6 pm. My diet is pretty consistance in the morning but i work at a buffet as a server and dont always get a break to fit my meals in, i usually make up for this by drinking lots of milk. I am starting to think that all this milk is keeping me from dropping my fat in my lower abs, or do you think i need to just do more cardio? if you guys need more info ask me what you need to know to help me out.
Thanks guys

hey cody, i worked at the restaurant business before so i know how hard it is, what helped me to get my meals in was leaving a protein shake in the back or somewhere you can access quick or you can carry a protein bar that's low on carbs. as far as milk goes Arnold Schwarzenegger said it once "milk is for babies" so avoid all dairy while leaning, and increase your cardio to get those lower abs to show. i wouldn't go over 40 mins 5 times a week. good luck i hope it helps.

ya i usually keep a protein shake around. i have protein bars as well but they are 30g protein and 25g carbs so i try to only eat one durning my morning shifts. lol good quote but i do love milk. but i drink about a gallon a day so i am going to cut that back a lot and only stick to drinking it before 4pm. i have been doing about 30 mins of steady cardio after working out 4 days a week then doing hit for 20-30 mins the other 3 days.

You dont need more cardio, you need a better diet. Cut the diary out. Subsitiue the milk breaks with a chicken breast and 1 cup of green of 1 tuna packet and 1 cup of green. you should be eating every 2-3 hours. milk is not considered a meal.

i know when i should be eating and i know milk isnt considered a meal lol. working in the food industry is a pain in the ass. i just try to get my calories in by drinking milk. maybe i'll try to start putting chicken cut up and/or tuna in a bag so i can just down some real quick with some water lol.

i drink a concentrated skim milk. it has a ton of carbs, so watch out for that even with skim milk. when i was working on my abs, when i cut back on the milk, they really started showing. so it could be.

ya i was thinking the carbs from it might be holding me back some. it is a great source for when bulking but not so much when cutting. maybe i will start cutting milk out around 4pm from now on
