I here of guys running arimadex to get rid of gyno, I thought after the lump was formed the only way was to remove it was surgery?
Don't know very much about them mate can't help you there. I never needed them on cycle
One thing that confuses me is in the book it says to "Stay away from AI's", says to use Tamoxifen instead.

The SERMS , Ai, anti prolactin and ancillary drugs used MUST be used wisely and hopefully under doctor supervision but not the case
So that is why he says that, becuse the drugs are very powerful and also low estrogen is very dangerous cardiovascular wise !
I love this book but it has it's flaws. This too is also my first source for information and the references he sources can be checked and validated for studies. However, he does give cycle advice in there that we would mostly disagree with such as dbol beginner with no test and dbol/deca again with no test as well as no ai's or caber. I do love his pct regiment as I find it effective and also I have found supporting studies in medical journals. Is the tenth addition roughly the same as the 9th? I will have to check out Ollie's link and find out.
I think dbol is a good beginner cycle it has a really short half life, somebody which may be sensitive to acne it's a good idea, if they take test e and they start having a bad reaction they are stuck with it in there system for two weeks and they can do nothing but watch the acne get worse, you have a point about the ai as dbol will aromatise easily
just bought it on ibook best £6.99 the info on it is ridiculous

I bought the kindle version last year, like $10. Full of info. The 10th edition has a ton of updates. I've seen it as low as $50. I'm gonna pick it up!
