soon as you can pay for them
I started at 48yrs old. Feeling the benefits and sometimes wish I had started 10 years ago. That said I really don't think my lifestyle and mental attitude was in the right place 10 years ago so I'll take what I've got and be happy I started when I did.
VOLUME 12Kinda hard to pinpoint an appropriate age to start...cuz some ppl actually never mature fully enough to do something like this. Obviously if your in teenage years you shouldn't consider it....but in your 20's...pending your maturity level is on par for this and you've really done your homework then I say rock on. But that's just my 2cents.
I've always wondered if it be better to run real long cycles less times per yr versus a bunch of short cycles, it can't be good for us to shut down constantly like that
i wonder that myself, you should post that question in the forum
That is a good question i prefer short ester cycles but i planned my next cycle with long esters i plan to go back and forth but i see what your saying
VOLUME 12Hmmmm......that's a good question bro!!!
For the average meathead maybe but what about the guys who want to compete and possibly make this a career. Especially someone with obvious genetic potential? It would be absolutly foolish to wait till your high twentys definetly not 30's.... unless all you want to place in are the masters i guess..... lol
Anonyou may want to talk to Frankie about using way too early and what Frankie has to do now and he is only 29 ... just because people do things, doesn't mean that there isn't a price to pay later on ..
I agree but the biggest question you have to ask yourself is it worth it? I ask myself that everyday and the more i look in the mirror the more im reassured i should continue to take tne steps to move forward. Intelligently and as safely as possible that is. Nothing anyone can say could deter me from knowing that hundreds of thousands of young and middle-aged men do aas everyday and live their entire lives with nothing to regret from it especially when all the right precautions are taken.
tread-mI'm all for compete but everything has a price. Just because one wants to compete does not mean you won't do damage and end up trt 20 yrs early. I understand, if you want to compete you have to play the game the way its played, those are just the facts...damage still occurs and for those who are not serious enough to make money at it be it competitions, sponsors, magazines the whole 9, then what was the point. You could have looked pretty good all along and not played the risky cards. I always tell someone to run a BB's training schedule and their "DIET" for one year and decide if you can handle it. Gym is easy, its the competitors diet that will destroy the dreams of 999 out of every 1000 wanna be's. Its like the joke where the guy said damn I ate right for 4 years and trained every single day for hours in order to go to the Olympics and came in last. I could have ate pizza and not trained at all and got last! Thats what I'm trying to say, these guys that think they can blast and cruise at 20 and then decide in two years they can't win anything and want to come off, sometimes you are trt by then and come off is no longer an option. Again, try the diet for a year and I don't mean a version of it I mean the actual BB's diet 24/7/365 because you can bet your ass the guys you will compete against will do it and if you come in last everytime it didn't mean much.
I completly agree with you on that. Iv been running a real BB diet for over a year now and ill be the first to tell you it takes alot of dicipline and especially alot of your time. Ill be takingit slow and starting low for my first real cycle to acess my genetic ability better. Not to sound egotistical but im fairly larger than alot of guys on here who have done a few cycles yet iv only been at this for one month over 2yrs,there fore i take it as a honest assesmet that i have great genetic potential and that doing modest cycles for the next few years will show me if i have ENOUGH potential to make it in this sport and can make my decision on wether to go all out and take what it takes to make it. But my point was there is no set limit for your age each inddividual should step back and honestly access wether or not he first off has the genetics but also are there nutriton and training on point. For somone only seeking to get bigger it is not nearly as big of a decision but for someone wanting to compete there are so many more variables to take in and mostly time will tell better than anything.
tread-mThats sounds like a plan brother, congrats on the genetics it can be half the battle. I always hate to see someone that has never worked out , has no desire to and could run a 4 week clen and win Mr. O !!! Lol. Nice sound thoughts there though!
Thanks man that means alot coming from someone as knowledgeable as yourself.
tread-mGood for you and your patience Irish. The slow roll, thoughtful and methodical is what I see in your words. You might be one of the few that have long term success with it once you do. Look around here at the guys running 5 compounds third cycle. The nice thing about them is you not only get to do as you are doing in learning the right way, you get to learn the wrong way. thats a pretty handy thing believe it or not. Look at all the diet stacks in particular, people too lazy to get it done in the kitchen and looking to triple their metabolic rate thinking somehow when they finish the cycle they will stay in a place they could not get without the cycle.
Thanks man, your totally right there.
I've seen too many idiots already and I don't see why people rush this shit..Knowledge and trial and error will benefit you in the long run.
id waite til at least 25, 30 is better. personally I was 32 before I jumped in.
i think 25 is a good age to start if you are determend to use them
