Taurine helps with pumps mate. You can buy it in bulk and it's really cheap. 9grams or so 30minuets before a workout;) Plus loads of water.

test e will kick in full force after a month, like nate said keep away from salt (bloats you bad) and drink lots of water which you should all the time anyways.

As far as the test kicking in 6-7 weeks, it verys from batch to batch, Im currently running enanthate 300 and I started feeling it around 4 weeks, I dont have any water retention but this might be because of my job causes me to sweat alot, not to mention I do light cardio before work outs to warm up. I run deca with my test to help with joint soreness and appetite, I dont have painful pumps although they are very intense. If you feel like your putting to much of a strain on your muscles back off a tad bit or maybe your not allowing enough time for that particular muscle to heal. maybe im miss under standing you but to me thats what it sounds like. I usually enjoy my pumps as it seems to trigger my aggresion. but never painful.

when i say painfull i mean it feels as if my muscles are about to pop out of my skin if you know what i mean lol

I know this may sound a little funny but you might be building to fast, I take things slow and let them do what there gonna do on their own, I create what I like to call my comfort zone, I try to max once every 2 weeks, what ever my max is I drop 10-20 lbs until this is really easy for me, then I move up gradually. this will also help you keep your gains. I know you here some of the guys on here talkin about the guys who try to "blow up in a week" these are the same guys who will lose their gains in a week as well. Like I said you might be totally different but give it 2 weeks my way then if it seems not to help then you can alway go back to the routine of your choice ;)
