More dumbell work mate on your smaller side funny enough I have the same probs my left bi is bigger than my right and I am right handed but is is catching up now by doing extra on the left.
Left tri is bigger than right but right bi bigger than left. Left pec bigger than right. But you wouldn't notice if i didnt point it out. It seems that all of us have issues like this. Truth is our bodies aren't perfectly symmetrical. You can do isolation training. Maybe try synthol if you're competing. A 1" difference is pretty drastic actually. That's a lot. I'd like to see that
I remember watching this guy pitch maybe 10 years ago now. I'd say he has about a 3" difference, maybe even more. His right arm was just jacked and his left looked like it belonged on a different person.

quit jerking off with your left arm...
lol just kidding but try doing incline dumbbell press those always helped even out my arms.
I would do a lot of isolation training. A lot of concentrated cable and dumbbell work. I know this may sound fucked up but when back stage doing your pump session, try to pump that arm up as much as possible to match. Even if that means not pumping the bigger one. Just try to do the isolation training first and go from there. Good luck in your comp! Let us know how it goes.
thanks bud ill be doign those 3 times a week then i guess during my bulk
