How to run a cycle in the joint volume 2: Chapter 7:El tercer piso

Mexican prison is its own indescribable hell and inside that hell, there is an even darker, scarier hell known as “El tercer piso” or the third floor.
Take note, Mexican prison doesn’t have solitary confinement. They don’t have the room for it so if you fight, treat the guards like shit, or accidently decapitate some prick piece of shit who stole your shirt, they put you in a cell on the third floor.
“Oh shit Ed! A penthouse suite!”
No kids, this is as bad as it gets.
Imagine a cell block where each cell was built for 6 people only to house 16 of La Mesa’s worst.
The cell is hot, never cooler than 80 degrees F. There is no running water in El Tercer piso. So once a day one cell mate is allowed to leave to fill a 5 gallon bucket of drinking water for all to share. Another inmate is allowed leave to dump a 5 gallon bucket that functions as the community shit box for the prior day. On top of that, food is shitty food that you better be ready to fight for. If you want a bed, you better be past level 6 on the food chain of 16 or you will be forced to use your sweat pants to tie yourself to the cell bars...just to keep from leaning on a lonely Mexican killer who would appreciate some gringo love. No homo.
After getting caught having my friend’s (JD) back in a minor scuffle, I was blessed with a 10’day stay in “El tercer piso”.
“Oh shit Ed! Did you survive?”
You bet your asses I did.
“How did you do it Ed?”
I’m just about to tell you. Let me finish my story.
After being escorted to my cell...I was pissed. I knew my carracas would be raided by the other inmates which meant, no juice, no pigeon, and no 1996 playboy.
Most importantly, no more love of a good woman named.. Juanita... yeah Juanita.
As they put me in the cell, I scanned it looking for the biggest and baddest in the cell and there he was. Bottom bunk nearest the bars and the bucket of Agua.
I didn’t hesitate, I went straight for that guy, I PULLED THAT PRICK OFF HIS EFFING BED AND BEAT THE HIGH HOLY SHIT OUT OF HIM! He didn’t know what hit him.
I took his bed and after that, neither he or any other prick in that cell wanted anything to do with el Gringo loco.
What proceeded after that was kind of a chain reaction as beds were exchanged and one of the top six was no longer cutting a fat hog in is own bed.
“Oh shit Ed! That’s kind of extreme isn’t it?”
Hell no kids. This is Mexican prison. You don’t hesitate. Ever.
If you hesitate, you die or get raped or both.
