Anabolic Cookbook

ad

i uploaded something for everyone. its a digital copy of the anabolic cookbook. AC is a bodybuilders recipe book. lots of great protein meals in here. also tons of info on nutrition. really a lot of knowledge. workout log sheets. nutrition logs. meal plans. supplement facts. good stuff. everyone should check it out. (posted it here instead of whats for dinner cause a lot of members dont read that)
