Im runnin long estered test and deca with dbol kicker im lookin to build as much mass as possible il try to keep it lean but i intend to eat a hell of alot and lift heavy low reps alot of compound exercises so il see where it gets me :-)

Gonna aim for 1000 test+500 mgs deca wk + 40mgs dbol ed and il kick it off with prop 50mgs +npp 50 mgs daily
Really enjoyed this ebc bulker my first time using npp and loved it ,first 4 weeks i ate clean but lost the run of myself after that i hit over 200 lbs but alot of water and bloat ,iv been protein only last week to drop some water and get pics up , i would recomend these ebc for anyone lookin for extra motivation , thanks big d for some fine products

Im hopein its a little better iv been restin up last 2 weeks no traning see if it helps, i kept carbs low, so im lookin nice and flat for my before pics :-) im hittin chest this mornin but i expect its still their , if the deca dont help a long pct nov and dec il rest up altogether 2 months should help me nail it, want to be injury free goin in to new year ,its doin my fuckin head in at this stage!!

Had to change my kicker dbols not for me :/ although my strenght way up the lethargy that comes with it just not worth it for me tried bringin it to 20 mgs and still im lazy bastard, anytime i relax im fallin asleep :-) gonna go with prop/npp 4 weeks

wtf is up with my quads ? Its nearly 6 months since i had pinned them ' every time im crippled :/ said last night il try again ' got the enjection online just to be sure all went well until this mornin cant fuckin walk my legs in bits ' as red as fuck ' i know its gonna be ok in couple days ( been here before ) but its sucks not bein able to use quads in my routine ' and walkin around like a fuckin gimp aint much fun ither Smile

Hey Brian, Try pinning quads in the morning or afternoon, so you get to move around and work the juice in. If you pin at night before bed or just sit around it just sits there and irritates. I won't pin quads in the morning of a long drive because of that. Good Luck!

Yeah get what your sayin def makes sense but gfit i think it be another 6 months before i try quads again mucle just flares up every time i pin their ,also interfers with work ,the shovels my best friend :-) ( pure mick) :-) :-)

Major change bro, ham'd up real nice and I don't see much fat gain either. Shoulders, back, chest and arms got good amount of size put on them. Trunks could fill out more though. +1

Its just my last 2 cycles iv tried for 300 grms protein before that i wasted my gear ,this bulk i should of got more cals in ,il run deca again and try improve ,do it better ,

Thats huge weight increase iv alot to learn , i think il be stickin to a goal of 200 lbs lean no point kidding myself !!

Can def see some added mass , and best part is not much body fat, which will allow you to jump right back into bulking again sooner. Can tell big difference in biceps and some on chest as well.I agree with phil, its all dependant on your goals. But to keep improving you will also have to step your game up all around, and food will be your biggest game changer.Def a good run and a step in the right direction. Once again kudos on keeping lean!
