Any of you old bastards using Pharma Sust 250 for TRT
If so, what dose did you settle on and how easily, if at all, did you manage to stabilize it?

10+ years of using Sustanon for trt. Started with 250/14 days but that was too long. Then it got changed to 250/10 days and I have had no problems with it. Recently I have started investigating stuff like this for us older dudes and just out of curiosity I have been using it 125/5 days and cant really see a difference. Havent got bloods tested with this style yet but they were fine even with once every 10 days so doesnt matter all that much.
So, probably not optimal but works great for a shitload of people anyway.
Sust works best if pinned every day.
As for dosing I’m not sure.
What do you take now and at what dose?
Nobody doing TRT wants to pin ed
It's widely discredited for TRT because of the need for regular dosing (Ed eod etc), and because of peaks troughs, but not everywhere it seems
Funnily enough, recommended doses are e3w for dudes, e2w for trans men

Yeah, the peaks and troughs would be wild with only once every 2-3 weeks!
I totally get what you’re saying. I want the best results I can get from TRT and blasts, so I pin daily.
