Hey all! Been lurking here for a bit and finally set up my account. I’m 47 and working on myself a bit. Was on Semaglutide for a while thru my doc, but that got ridiculously expensive and wasn’t working that great. Been on Reta for about 5 weeks and seeing fantastic results. Diet is on point and I’m finding myself more motivated in the gym. Never been on gear before, but considering it once I get my body fat down. Hoping to learn a lot more here!
