+ 1 lint or fiber from the filter? my thoughts
first time trying test picked up 2x test E 1xphenylprop and decided to go with well known source here, the phenylprop came a lil crashed but from what i've heard its an easy fix warm it up and twirl twirl twirl!. the test E had a lil either dark blue or black strand its too thin to be hair but not impossible my guess is it could be lint from environmental factors or a strand from the filter that has gone under an oxidized since brew as i had taken a closer look with a magnifying glass under light and saw a whitish grey strand fairly thin about 1/3rd the width of a hair and about the length of a sugar granual, not sure what to do with the vial any ideas? might try and navigate a needle in there and suck out the strand. Im really not trying to bash arctic in any way i really do think he's a high quality source here and a trusting person in this community but mishaps can happen.

Ya it's real just needs help reheat on coffee warmer with a vented needle get a whatman filter for like ten bucks a sterile vial.. push through with new vial vented clean uncrashed good gear ..I can see it tiny things I do see crystals but this is the protocol of its got a hair ...hey back in the day guys we be stoked it's real they hair would be second fiddle even though sterility is a bigger issue lol... I used to buy stealth gear which you have to filter cause it's not sterile so cleaning it to me to save the gear is like saving money ..alot of people filter gear period to prevent abscess
The TPP is crashing, easy fix with some heat. That black fiber is concerning, it's possibly a sliver of butyl or from the metal cap. You can toss it or filter it, either way DM me and we'll get it replaced for you.
Also want to address this directly this isn’t something we’re brushing off. We dropped the ball here, plain and simple.
We’re going back through our process to figure out exactly where this contamination came from and tightening things up so it doesn’t happen again. Quality control is on us and that's something I take seriously.

If you can get a sterile syringe filter off amazon and transfer it into another sterile vial.. The filter sterilizes it as bacteria cannot fit through the filter.

Just remember the filter must be ptfe or pvdf .22 micron to effectively sterilize. If you warm it up first it will flow more easily as well.

good idea, but its kind of a hassle and there's a risk of new contamination adding oil 1ml at a time to a new vial which I don't have anyway lol
Just draw with the syringe filter and then switch tips to pin if you don't have another vial. It's no different than drawing with one tip and pinning with another.
Why only 1ml at a time? Get a bigger syringe but either way you should not have to do this at all. Contact the source
