A 60 day vacation is what I need right now. I'm sure Corpus Christi is great this time of year. I've only been once and that was Mid May and boy was there a lot to look at
rhino82Yeah I’m excited to get down there. Once we are there we are going to plan the next chapter of our lives. We inherited a little bit of money so for the first time in our lives we are going to just do us and what we want to do not what we have to do. It’s not like we got rich but we have enough to not work for a year and still have money put away for old age.
Congrats man, good for you!
Hit the gym real early to do some cardio, probably pin some reta so I dont eat 15,000 calories at dinner --
You guy's are crazy with that stuff, would be my worst nightmare not having an appetite.
Eating isn't ever a problem! I only take .5mg at a time, just gives some good balance
Present opening right when the kids wake up , then taking my ass to the gym, then the in laws for more presents I will be bitching about being all over the floor and making a mess of the house for the next year.
You know, those little fucking cases full of beads "not anal" that they make bracelets and necklaces with? Worst gift ever created
Merry Christmas
Do you get to feel like a kid again on Xmas day!! lol
Meh, those days are long gone for me bro
Probably an all day edging session.
Making sure its a white Christmas one way or another
Like an Art class with crayons?
Same thing as every year. My siblings and i always go over to our parents place for presents and xmas dinner. Probably breakfast at Waffle House as they're the only place open xmas morning. It's the only time i go to one every year.
We all use to meet up at my Aunties house many years ago now on the day and had a HUGE dinner, everyone was there and it was great - then when she died of cancer suddenly the whole thing stopped and the family became quite separated, I wish it was still the same - all my cousins were there too, was a right laugh.
rhino82Similiar situation in my family. When my grandparents was alive the whole damn family down to distant relatives all got together at their house. Now it’s fragmented
It used to be grandmas house when she was still alive. Then it would be all the aunts, uncles and cousins of which there were many. Now it's just a once a year picnic where everyone gets together.
I think within every family you always get a person who loves to have everyone round and get everyone together, that loves to spend the weekend cooking and doesn't mind dealing with the stress of it all. Then when that person passes you are left with a big hole there that never really gets filled, and everyone keeps themselves to themselves more over the years on the day. It's sad and you should make the most of it while you can, of course most of the time you are young when that person is around so when you want it there when you are older because you enjoy and appreciate family even more, then unfortunately it no longer exists unless you are willing to take over!!
My parents are the ones that picked up on hosting everyone once a year. But it used to be almost monthly for the reasonably local relatives when my grandparents were still alive.
I work most major holidays. The family doesn't appreciate the absence but I try to make up for it.
I plan on my day being the usual - Eroids, Christmas Dinner for 1 unless Rob or Milky invite me round to theirs and then possibly some training
