Muscle division
Hi guys, I wanted to ask you how you divide your muscles during your training week and what you would recommend.
I used to do it
Day 1 - pecs
Day 2 - Bicep/triceps
Day 3 - quad/hamstrings
Day 4 - shoulders
Day 5 - back
Day 6 - Pec/bi-tri (3 exercises for each muscle)
For a period I reversed day 2 with 5
For almost a month I've been trying to train muscle groups twice a week in this way:
Day 1 – Chest + Front/Side Delts + Biceps
Day 2 – Back + Rear Delts + Triceps
Day 3 – Quads + Calves
Day 4 – Chest + Shoulders + Biceps
Day 5 – Back + Rear Delts + Triceps
Day 6 – Hammies + Calves
But it doesn't convince me very much...
How do you usually do it? And how many exercises do you do during your workout for each muscle group?
And of course, what do you recommend and why?

In Cali nigga is used by every race that’s involved in gangs. You have Vietnamese and other Asian races in San Jose that if you heard talk you’d think they are black. White crips white bloods use that word. I grew up around OGs who lived during a time where blacks and Mexicans were at war so I was taught to not use that word bc we weren’t them. We were better than. That word means nothing in today’s age. But if you use it you better be down as fool. Also gang life in the streets isn’t the same in prison. It’s a different code in there.
You’re right that mentality is best left behind but like I said it can pop out sometimes. I’m about 7 years removed from that life but sometimes it comes out.

It’s not just used within your gang or click it’s just a part of the vocabulary. I don’t anyone who uses that word that doesn’t say it bc some black dude is around them. Parts of Redwood. When you grow up in certain areas it’s just the way people talk. Nobody is getting jumped for saying nigga. When I say if you use that word you better be down it’s not bc some black dude might be around you it’s bc you never know who might be walking by. Talking ghetto attracts ghetto and you will get rolled up on and checked. You talk or dress a certain way and you will get questioned. Dumb shit I know but it’s the world I grew up in.

Kinda crazy he wasn’t banned or suspended over this. We definitely can’t talk about sources in the open forums but we can threaten to murder someone over a friendly joke. It’s completely unacceptable and displays the emotional maturity of a 14 year old to think an appropriate response is to murder someone who just thought he was engaging in friendly banter with another member who he thought he was friends with. And then still wanted to murder you after you apologized. Unreal. Don’t care where you’re from, what you said is 1000% clearly a friendly joke, and if that’s not how it’s interpreted where you’re from then where your from sucks and should be isolated from the rest of polite society.
Yeah man that's why I joked with him I thought we were cool like i mentioned in other posts on here we shot the shit on telegram so I guess we weren't all along. I get calling someone a snitch and being serious about it and not engaging with the person at all how that could rub someone the wrong way but the way I said it was clearly a joke. I got two really good buddies that's are in law enforcement some of the coolest dudes I know! Lesson learned though not everyone's perception of humor is the same.

Especially if that is the case is it really worth it to get upset with anyone on here? Hell I’ve done similar many times, and probably will again. It’s rarely resulted in positive outcomes or change though.
