+ 1 Injury Discussion Section

ad

Thoughts on creating an Injury section? Can discuss what kind of injury, rehab protocols, and maybe even logs on what one is taking for recovery and preventing muscle loss.

Seems like a cool idea to me.

I have a knee and shoulder that get painful. I’m going to test NAD+ and bpc-157/TD-500 stack. I’m planning to create a post about my results. It’ll be subjective in that I don’t have an official diagnosis injury.

2 Things tend to happen when people become badly injured on here - Either they will go quiet and disappear from the site for 6 months to a year as they slip into a state of depression and just don't want to think about training and will come off cycle OR they will post up a discussion topic about their injury and ask for healing protocals and supplements. I did a return to training lifting log years back when I tore my pec and RTC in the group I ran. Are you currently injured at the moment bud?

I am currently recovering from a distal bicep tendon rupture. Im 7 weeks post op. I done a lot of research on recovery. Currently running 4iu day gh, 2mg tb-500 twice a week, and taking 10g of collagen daily for healing. And to prevent muscle atrophy, taking 100 mg primo, and 50mg prop every other day, with 10 mg anavar everyday. Seems that has worked to prevent muscle size lost. Wife says, it doesn't look like i have lost size. Or, if i have she cant tell. I am ahead of schedule per the dr. Out of sling at 4 weeks. 5 weeks started 3lbs slow and controlled curls, 6 weeks 5lbs. And now at 7lbs.

This injury just got me thinking that a section here could help some. Provide ideas and provide waht has worked for others. And maybe even be a place to get support and to know that many other have gone through the same thing.

Just a thought.

I like the idea. It’s something many of us struggle with and it would be cool to have a dedicated forum for it. Be able to see what others have done to recover from different injuries and prevent them from occurring again.
