ad

Hey everyone,

This will be my first cycle. Below are the compounds I’m planning to use along with my support supplements. My goal is to gain lean, quality muscle while keeping things as healthy and controlled as possible.

I would really appreciate any feedback, advice or thoughts — especially about PCT planning, AI usage, or if there’s anything I should change or add.

Cycle:
• Testosteron Enanthate
• Primobolan Enanthate
• Masteron Enanthate

Support Supplements:
• TBJP Vital Support
• Omega 3
• D3K2 Spray
• Zinc
• Multivitamin
• Bromelain
• Magnesium Bisglycinate
• Ashwagandha
• Vitamin C
• Digestive Enzyme
• Kidney Support

About Me:
• Age: 32
• Height: 179 cm
• Weight: 74 kg
• Goal: Lean gains, minimal sides, healthy cycle.

Really appreciate any feedback, experiences, or recommendations from more experienced members here.

Thanks a lot!

Assess how long you have been in the gym. If it's less than 2 years, discard the idea of using gear and get a base naturally. Before you touch gear get your blood work done too. The works. Going in blind and injecting random dosages is ignorant and reckless. When you do finally decide to hop on, get your feet wet with some test and do regular blood work to determine how you respond. Too many people burn their receptors and wreck their body jumping in head first and blind. Do your due diligence and respect your body.

You shouldnt cycle at all til you have muscle on your bones. Get up over 200lbs solid first.

edit...see hes just trolling. Great

I am currently in my 1st cycle. What they say is good advice. Get bloodwork before you start anything "baseline". Start test only 300-500 a week "lower the better, can always titrate up". You do not know if you are a high aromatizer or not yet, so when it comes to ai, will you need one? Bloodwork once a month will tell you. Most peeps start at week 3 or 4 on ai if running enanthate. If you run high e2 levels, maybe something like mast or primo is an option in the future alongside test. Cycle length can probably be longer so you get more out of the tail end . Pct is a scam Smile unless your wanting to be fertile of course Smile
Loads of good articles in beginner section. Pick up helpful bits and pieces from different articles, they help put together the puzzle. Also, reach out to some of the established members. They are very helpful and care !

I wouldn't do more than test because you want to see how your body reacts to it

Eat eat eat
Hard training hard training hard training
Rest rest rest
If decide to cycle despite not being fully ready in my opinion I WOULD GO WITH TESTOSTERONE ONLY.
Slow and steady, there’s no reason to rush it right ?! You are 32 good luck New russian

First cycle, Test only 500 mg/week. 12 weeks. We have a whole section Beginning Cycle.
Don't typically run Primo/Mast together, AI issues, etc. What's your BF, hopefully below 20%. Baseline Test level/labs ?
That's a lotta supps, but ok. Training regimen / Diet for this ? Need do bunch of research here before all questions.

That’s definitely a cutting meal plan. I hope you’re not paying out the ass for this “pro” to send these things to you

Mesut's picture

Well, I guess that’s why he’s IFBB PRO and random guys on forums are just… on forums. But thanks for your concern bro, I’ll stick to the plan and see how it goes.

SeeOhShow's picture

lol you’re so blinded by that “pro card” you can’t even do the critical thinking or math of that meal plan to see how the calories simply don’t add up. But hey someone out there has to perpetuate the saying “a fool and his money are soon parted”. Enjoy going from a feather weight to a light weight.

He’ll just come back bashing the source for shitty gear

Your preworkout meal is way too busy bro. If you’re legitimately going hard, you’re gonna be vomiting in your mouth between sets with all that food in your stomach. Eat 25 grams of fast carbs before workout. And if you really need to, you can always suck down some fast sugars halfway thru if you really need to, but i doubt youre there yet.

Mesut's picture

This meal plan was actually prepared by an IFBB PRO professional athlete. So I’m just following what he designed specifically for me based on my current goals and condition. But I appreciate your input, bro.

I’ve just started this meal plan, it’s literally been only 3 days. Before this, I was dieting for almost 3 months. I dropped from 86 kg to 73 kg because my main goal back then was to lose body fat.

Now my goal is different — I’m trying to gain weight by building muscle. So basically I’m in a new phase right now, trying to put on some clean muscle mass without gaining unnecessary fat.
