+ 2 Tell me how much you love GH
Would love to hear some experiences from everyone on what they love about GH. I know a lot of members on here use it and have a lot to share about its effectiveness. I am still a GH virgin but it is something I’d like to start this year. I understand it’s a long term thing, 6+ months to infinity. From what I have heard, I like how it keeps you leaner year round & helps with recovery & skin. I have also heard it makes the AAS more effective, as they tend to work synergistically together. Have you found this to be true?
Some side questions:
Dosing? More = better from what I have heard
Long term efficacy? Is it considered “safer” than AAS?
Also, what are the downsides or things to look out for, short term & long term?

I’ve only been using it for the last five months and the highest I’ve gone is 6 iu. Right now I’m running it at 4 iu. I felt like the most noticeable benefit in the beginning was sleep quality. Within the first two weeks I was falling asleep easier and sleeping deeper through the night. The increased recovery kicked in after about a month and continued to improve, I’m guessing partially from increased duration and partially from higher doses. The anti-aging benefits are really only showing up now. I’ve gotten compliments on my skin and comments that I “look younger” but objectively I can see that some small wrinkles around my eyes and minor sun damage has become less prominent. I’m interested to see how far that will go. One effect that I wasn’t ready for only became apparent when I started my current cycle. It’s like I can’t put on fat. I’ve put on 15 pounds in six weeks (a lot of it water obviusly) and I’m at roughly the same level of leaness as when I started. Usually by now I’d be looking a little fluffy, especially since I’ve been really pushing carbs to offset the amount of cardio I’ve been doing. In terms of sides, I had none up until 5 iu. I switched to a different batch from the same source and upped the dose to 6 iu and immediately got CTS and some intermittent edema in my hands and feet, maybe some bloating in the face as well. Some of that could be from starting up a cycle at the same time but I’ve dropped the gh dose for now to see if it helps and the CTS at least is much better. All in all, I would say that I started gh as a sceptic. I figured that a lot of the mystique and reputation around it was just from the high price but there is definitely something to it and I plan to run it for the next few years at least.
Thanks for taking the time to write all this out, it’s super descriptive and helpful
No problem, I’m a newbie to it as well so still learning.
I wish I had a positive experience to share but I don't lol. I couldn't get above 3 iu without awful cts symptoms. I tried 2 different batch's from a supplier here. And yes, I read that you're looking for what people love about gh but just sharing my experience.
Hey man I appreciate your response. It’s all being taken under consideration & your response helps keep things real. How I hear people talk about it makes me thing it’s the wonder drug that I’m missing out on
After a few days it really seems to bloat my stomach up I don't know why. Real bloated stomach and gassy as hell. 2 or 3 days after quitting everything goes back to normal.
anvil18 months straight on GH, anti aging for sure
Your genetics will determine how safe they are.
I have used 2-10 units and settled on 3.33 IU 7 days a week cruise or blast
Numb hands for sure, some people retain water, I do not
Recovery is better, yes gear plus GH is the dream
Therealist2018Do you lower dose while cutting? Or up it?
I did 2/3ius for a few months and noticed my sleep was incredible compared to what it usually was, took a break off it. Sleep got worse so jumped back on to see if it was indeed the growth. Ran growth during my pct after being on test for around 2 years. Scales said I lost 100grams of muscle! In 4 months, that's some pretty good going i thought I'd lose a lot more. Growth must have helped me a lot, recovery from workouts with no AAS was better than natty by a long shot.
Not to shabby. Maybe something to use for a fertility protocol
My favorite PED, hence my username. Dose would depend on your goals. Low dose is safe. Downside I’m battling right now is joint inflammation. I know I need a break to let my joints heal, however, the sleep, body composition, and cognitive enhancement is needed so I take the bad with the good. I can go on and on but just try it.
Low dose = 2-5iu?
What’s your go to dose for those benefits you listed?
I’ve been using 5 iu daily for about a year and the biggest differences I’ve noticed are tighter skin, increased recovery time (significantly less DOMS after training), better sleep, faster skin and nail growth and it definitely makes it easier to stay lean. The only adverse side effect I’ve noticed is the GH bloat which can lead to painful, swollen hands and feet. Nothing a diuretic can’t resolve though.
Appreciate the response!
