+ 3 What vitamins are y’all taking??

Curious to see what vitamins everyone is taking. Open to suggestions for better brands or recommendations on vitamins I should add.

Men’s one day in the AM and the rest PM once a day. When running orals I take Tudca 2x a day.

Vitamin D3 (125mcg)
Magnesium (500mg)
Super k (k1 1500mcg, k2 1000mcg)
Tuscan (500mg)
Zinc (50mg)
NAC (600mg
Calcium C (1000mg)
Omega 3 (fish oil 1250mg, omega 3 1055mg)
Men’s one a day

Milk thistle
Zinc with selenium and copper
5htp (don't think it works tbh)
Vitamin C (1gram a day or so)
Astragalus root extract (for kidneys on EQ)
Biotin for hair
Fish oil, lots of it

What do you take the 5htp for?

I should add biotin. Dont know if it’ll help at this point tho. I had hair to my mid back. I just cut it to my shoulders and it doesn’t seem to be growing. Hair line is also receding! It might be time to let go soon.

5htp helps with serotonin production, and as a result for some people increases sex drive and helps with sleep. It doesn't work for me, but my buddy claims it's too strong for him at recommended dose, he takes half that and feels borderline manic happy.

Have been VERY fortunate health wise especially with my past drug use and carelessness. Values only get out of check when running heavy cycles now, and I’m always able to get them bounced back.

Do you think the blood pressure support really helps? I'm really trying to focus on keeping it down. I plan to keep some cardio in on the bulk to keep the heart health

Very good thankfully! Concussion still has me feeling a little like a disabled Billy goat, but that’s not that out of the norm with me honestly!

All the cuts/brusies/etc are nominal running some BPC that has done wonders. Quadricep is going to take a couple more weeks before I feel comfortable testing it though. Feels like I hyperextended right leg and that’s my bad knee so better safe than sorry.

Overall like 80-90% back! Thanks for asking!

Its mild enough to take every day not oile those 7day or 14day cleanses. You will be surprised the fillers on some orals or even supplements can constipate you enough to cause stomach bloat. You get a healthy #2 everyday and not holding all those toxins in your intestines. Berberine is keeping my A1C down for the doctor and CoQ10 is because im on atavorstatin for cholesterol.

I don’t go too over the top with it. Always a multivitamin. Currently 81mg aspirin and a half dose of potassium as my last blood test showed a SLIGHT need for those two items. The doc wasn’t concerned as the weren’t remarkably high, but I prefer to keep things as close to perfect as possible. A little milk thistle when I run an oral. A magnesium supplement that @87 recommended when my anxiety is noticeable. I have other stuff in the drawer, but I really take most of the stuff as needed. I was taking fish oil and turmeric, but stopped that and went with the aspirin as personally I feel it’s more effective and a friend of my sister in law went overboard taking obscene amounts of those two supplements together and it killed him. Granted we wouldn’t take anywhere near what he was taking, but it was enough to rethink my supplement intake and only ingest what’s needed.

Magnesium was recommended by my psychiatrist. He was a great dude and recommended vitamins instead of pushing pills. I was on antipsychs but experienced all the negatives. It amplified my insomnia, paranoia, and suicidal thoughts. I’d like to think the magnesium helped but it was probably a combination of diet and exercise as well.

I’ve thought about if all these are necessary. Mentally it puts me at ease but do I need them? Only blood work will tell.

I need some of this for sleep. Tell you what whatever you do stay away from Magnesium Oxide. That goes for anyone. Why? Low bioavailability compared to other absorbable forms of magnesium

Here is a cheat sheet I use for different Magnesium supps:

• Taurate: heart & blood pressure

• Threonate: brain & memory

• Glycinate: relaxation & sleep

• Citrate: constipation

• Lactate: digestion

• Malate: energy & fatigue

• Chloride: blood sugar & digestion

• Orotate: heart

• Sulfate: muscle soreness

For people who don’t believe in supps making a difference try magnesium. The sleep, headaches, energy difference, anxiety elimination, etc. SO MUCH! Really life changing and you don’t know what you’re missing until you start it.

Coq10 would be a good one to add with the vitamin k. I worry about the heart often. My bio dad died at 42 from heart issues.

I can't remember why I started taking it, but it pretty much stopped my gum disease. I didn't know why my gum pockets had gotten better and QoQ10 was the only thing I had added a few months prior to my cleaning. I found research on it helping with gum disease.

I have a question for the tren master! What the fuck is up with smelly piss? Have you experienced this before? It’s only the first 2 pisses of the day. The rest of the day piss doesn’t smell. I’m waking up dehydrated and I’m only taking 15mg/ED

LMAO Trenbolone Piss!! Worst of the worst pal especially if you are taking an oral like DBol or Adrol too. Dark nasty stuff that could pass for smelling like a Turd. It actually happens because of the strain it puts on the kidneys and liver, often because it dehydrates you through the night more too. Best thing I can advise is to take in as much fluid as possible at all times - BUT you will still be hard pushed to make it run clear. I find it takes 48 hours after coming off tren and orals for it to return to normal again. NEVER let your girlfriend into the bathroom just after you have done the morning piss!! LMAO

Lmao noted! It’s not that dark and runs clear besides the first couple morning pisses. I didn’t experience this on 10mg/ED. Crazy what adding 5mg can do.
