Clen Question
Greetings,
I have a quick question regarding a potential Clen side effect and wanted to see if anyone else has had a similar experience. It's been a few years since I've run a clen, and I started a 2 week run at 40mcg/day as I slowly prepare to migrate myself into nice and slow 20 week prep.
The last time I ran Clen, I think (can't recall for sure) I remember getting a dull aching pain in my jaws/rear gum area. Currently, I'm experiencing this dull pain on my sixth day on. After searching around the interweb for this type of side, I haven't found users experiencing this specific type of side.
Asking if anyone has experienced this side, or is aware of this being semi common. My reason to ask is because I am semi concerned that I could instead be experiencing some gum inflammation which could be related to early gum disease. Just want to ensure I'm not inadvertently mistaking the two.
Thanks

Pain in jaw is youre dieing and didnt even realize it. Clen is harsh af and overworking your heart valves. That pain leads to myocardial infarction.
Oh man, am I a ghost now? Thrashes frantically who am I going to haunt first?
Fully agree it's a harsh compound, (personally I find better equal success off an ECA stack) I do have multiple monitors for my cardiovascular health and stress levels on 24/7. Though it doesn't account for everything.
In the provided data there hasn't been any variability on any metrics since I started this round of Clen, but I do keep that possibility in the back on my head. That being said, if I do end up having a heart attack I hope it's at the gym where people can throw more plates on my bench to make my death look epic sarcasm
Ahhhh. Youre back again. Sweet.
More sarcasm
Are your gums bleeding at all in the painful area when you brush up against them? If you use interdental brushes are you able to get the brush through in between the teeth in the area by the gum line without any bleeding? If the gums are bleeding from either of those two things and the tissue is red and enflamed rather than pink then those are the signs of gum disease. Generally your gums will not feel sore when they are suffering, but they will bleed due to plaque irritating them around the edges of the teeth and in between them. Pain in the gum itself is usually due to a hole in the tooth and bacteria enflaming the nerve rooted in the gum. Yes I do know a lot about dentistry lol
Also just thinking about it, if you are grinding your teeth a lot especially in your sleep it could be pain emanating from your Jaw Joint in which case you will feel it in your jaw, ear and temple. I have had issues from the joint in the past and once you stop doing things that are causing the excessive use/strain it will go in time. I got it from hours of dental surgery years back and having my jaw winched open for hours at a time which it is not designed to deal with.
Holy moler, it seems like you know your teeth.
In respect to your inquiry; I havent had much bleeding unless I brush in excess, generally it comes from in-between the teeth. Over the past few months I noticed some plaque or tartar buildup on my top set of teeth and the gum line started receding. Once I noticed it, I put in more effort to my dental hygiene routine, much of the buildup has been stopped as far as I can tell. I do have a deep cleaning scheduled to get rid of the rest of the buildup. However, on the back set of teeth there was an area I was worried about and feels like a dull ache, but since it's more of a radiating ache I couldnt determine with certainty if it was my jaw or gums.
Actually with the other comments made I believe it's more to do with me grinding my jaw from the Clen, especially since the timeline aligns, and hopping up to 40mcg off the bat was a bit premature. (Curse my old cycle logs)
But your dental expertise is also fully appreciated, now I know who to message lol --
Its from your jaw rocking like how cocaine does to you. Jaw swinging. Thats how i always ratted on myself back in the day
I've never had any jaw pain on clen but do get random cramps and these are very painful cramps that can happen any and everywhere else
When using stimulants, some people tend to clench their jaw without noticing, observe yourself to see if that's the case.
But that's not a side effect that I have experienced with the compound. I always start at 5mcg and slowly increase the dosage every 3 weeks to avoid side effects. For me clen can cause a lot of physical discomfort if I start the compound at 40mcg.
Lol now that you mentioned that I've been subconsciously paying attention to my jaw, totally right, I'm clenching it super hard.
Right on, I'm gonna drop it down and see if that side goes away.
This would be my guess 100%. Pop like 5 adderalls and the rest of the week your jaw will be sore as fuck. Lol you don’t even notice it but your getting a face workout on stims lol. 40 is kinda high to start with clen. Maybe take a few days off till the pain goes away then start again 10-20 mcgs and see what happens, don’t chew gum either
Rats, if there wasn't an Adderall shortage I'd give that a try and see what happens lmao.
Yeah, I looked back at my old logs and saw I started at 20mcg back then and bumped to 40mcg after a week, then eventually worked my way up to 60mcg. Figured starting at 40mcg for this short blast would be fine as I tolerate stims oddly well. Alas, not the case so I'll be dropping it down
I tolerate stims pretty well myself but clen takes a little getting used to. I’m fine after like a week, but I just can’t handle 40 out the gate.I’m sure some guys can but I can’t
